There are so many great recipes on Pintrest and I clipped a few for motivation “I can do this” because I am determined, and I am highly committed to restoring my health, my figure and the energy and enthusiasm that comes with less weight! “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels” That is my slogan, that is my focus and I’m determined to stick to it !
Get rid of foods in the cupboard and fridge that are not a healthy choice. Make a shopping list to include: real butter, bacon, eggs, onions, garlic, heavy cream, berries, balsamic vinegar glaze, zucchini, chicken, pork chops, avocados, bell peppers, celery, hamburger, lettuce, tomato, horseradish, sausages, dark sugar free chocolate, cheese, almonds, walnuts, Bragg’s Amino Acids, Parmesan cheese. Have FUN getting creative and FOCUS on what you GET to have!!!
