KETO CROCK CHICK

1060940You say your not a cook?  Your family knows the truth, but now you can boast “Ladies and gentlemen, I am a slow cooker” Go ahead and crank up your crock pot and invite a few disbelievers over!   Simple ingredients that cook themselves in the crockpot while you make the KETO Broccoli Salad. Quick list of what you need to smother a few chicken breasts, or thighs in a deliriously lovely sauce.

INGREDIENTS

4 skinless chicken breast halves/ or 8 skinless thighs

1 18 oz bottle of Stubbs “Sticky Sweet” (6 carbs for 2 pieces of chicken)

OR…make one batch of KETO BBQ SAUCE

1 teaspoon garlic salt (rub onto chicken)

1 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

SLOW COOKER READY

Whisk together all ingredients for sauce and pour over the chicken in the crock pot.  Cook for 4=6 hours and enjoy with a fresh salad and KETO BAGELS
