KETO Chinese BBQ Pork

20180324_150246INGREDIENTS FOR KETO – Char Sui (Chinese BBQ Pork)

2.5 pounds pork loin
1/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1/4 cup Sizzling Stir Fry sauce by East-West ( use 1/8 cup to reduce carbs )
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons minced garlic  ( use 1 tablespoon to reduce carbs, see below )
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
3 packets Stevia

To Marinate: Cut pork loin lengthwise into long thick strips. Place into a gallon sized ziploc bag. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients to make a marinade. Pour marinade in bag with the pork and swish around to coat. Seal bag and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 24 to 48 hours.

To Cook: Preheat oven to 325 degrees20180323_123046

Remove meat from marinade and place on a roasting rack with drip pan underneath. Bake uncovered for 40-60 minutes. Remove pork from the oven and lightly cover with foil. Let meat rest covered for 10-15 minutes before slicing. This allows juices to redistribute. After meat has rested, slice and serve with your favorite mustard and Toasted Sesame seeds.  Chinese food on KETO, YUM per serving of 4 oz of pork: 4 carbs, 23 protein.  USING Fitness Pal to calculate nutrients. Served sliced pork with Mustard Horseradish. PERHAPS use 1/8 cup Sizzling Stir Fry sauce to reduce carb for recipe.A KETO Rib
