Add zucchini after cooking for an hour in the crockpot, add a seasoning pack if you like

Remember mom’s beef stew? Well this Keto Stew in an instantpot or crock pot full of flavors that taste just like mom’s traditional stew.

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs stew meat
2 tbs tomato paste
3 celery stalks chopped up
2 tbl minced garlic
2 turnips chopped in squares
2 tbs olive oil
5 cups beef broth
1/2 of a medium onion
1 can of green beans

Use fitness pal to calculate nutrients

Makes 14 cups – drop the carrots, garlic cloves, green beans,tomato paste and mushrooms.  Add zucchini, minced garlic, and a stew seasoning packet Net Carb in red.

Total net carbs – 2.8  / 1.2
Cals per cup 183
Fat per cup 12.39
Protein per cup 13.6

Brown meat in skillet with olive oil, salt, pepper, all seasonings, and garlic.
Throw the meat and the rest of the ingredients all in the crockpot for 2 hours or an instapot and hit the stew button should be 35 mins high pressure.  The turnips taste and resemble potatoes and meat is fall apart it’s pretty awesome!
