During the Pandemic 2020 we were all challenged to stay on our decided eating plans. Dirty Carnivore or Kinda Keto, this meal was a break from both. With my husband stuck in California for nearly 90 days, and all restaurants closed, my shopping and eating has been erratic. This bowl of spicy chili is lodged here as a blue ribbon winner! It was created without measuring, a bit of this, a dash of that, a splash and a few pounds of ground beef. My Mexican neighbor Francisco loved it!
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds ground beef
2 diced Johnsonville hot dog links
1 large diced white onion
1/8 cup Sriracha sauce (or to you taste, more or less)
1 tbls Montreal Steak seasoning
1 tsp Kirkland blend of mixed spices
1/2 tsp Basil flakes
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp hot pepper FLAKES
1 jar traditional spaghetti sauce + (fill jar 1/2 way with water)
1 small can El Patio mild salsa
1 small box tomato sauce
1 generous splash of MAGGI onto browning meat

Play music while in the kitchen and LAUGH at the days to come
