Birthday Mugs

Hosting or attending a birthday party while on KETO can cause one to plateau, however, a simple, lovely solution is to make your own Mug of Wonderful to freeze and enjoy after the food fiesta! There are many variations depending on your pantry, but this is a basic MUG just waiting to be decorated by your taste buds!

INGREDIENTS FOR ONE MUG AT A TIME

2 tbl butter, one egg, 1/4 cup coconut flour, 1 tbl HWC, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp Stevia, 1/4 tsp xthan, 1/4 tsp baking powder

EASY PEASY DIRECTIONS

Melt the butter in microwave for 15 seconds. Swirl melted butter around in the cup. Crack the egg into the mug. Stir with a fork. Add coconut flour and all dry ingredients, add vanilla and whip it. Depending on consistency, add 1 tbsp of heavy whipping cream, or a milk product that you use. Whip it all together then ZAP in microwave for 1 minute. Add topping of whipping cream, berries. IDEAS: drop a bit of sugar free chocolate shavings on top and let it melt! Add cinnamon and some walnuts. GO creative!
