Pan Pepperoni Pizza

A KETO, no flour, no bake pizza! A Super PLATE or BOWL Sunday or just for FUN, make a pan pizza without using your oven. A KETO pizza that will WOW your tastebuds! Easy peasy and tasty! A cabbage patch wonder! Simple ingredients that will satisfy your desire to enjoy a spicy slice quickly without heating up the oven. What you need:

INGREDIENTS: 6 eggs, 1/2 cabbage, salt, Salsa, Pepperoni, Cheese, boiled water, dash of salt, heavy whipping cream – and in memory of Julia Childs, BUTTER!

DIRECTIONS: Whip 6 small eggs together with 1 tbs heavy whipping cream and set aside. Grate your favorite flavor of cheese about a cup full, set aside. (I used feta and cheddar) Peel off 10-12 slices of pepperoni and set aside. Slice up an avocado for garnish. Dish up 4 tablespoons of Pace picante sauce (mild) Thinly slice 1/4 head of cabbage and soak in bowl of boiling water for 10 minutes as you prepare all above ingredients for assembly. I live in Mexico so the price is 72 pesos for cheese not $72.00 USD hooray!

Assemble your pizza. Melt butter in frying pan. Lay wilted cabbage across butter. Pour the egg mixture over cabbage. Drizzle 1/2 the grated cheese over the top. COVER and cook on low heat until you see that the egg has hardened on bottom. USE large plate to cover pan of pizza fixings, flip and slide back into a pan with more melted butter. Spoon on the PACE salsa, drizzle more cheese, place pepperoni on top. COVER and cook until egg rises up. SLIDE onto a plate, slice and serve with avocado. YUM! This video from Germany inspired me to serve up PIZZA with brewed iced tea for lunch! TIME: 15 minutes!
