Seasons of change are wonderful. They arrive regularly every few months, and just in time! Our Father knows His kids get restless, and a change of atmosphere helps us all. Our attitude brightens with a renewed hope in what to expect. Yes, yes, yes and it is very good!

New flavors and different colors spice up our routines. We get to wear socks and jackets and face the chilly air with a rosy welcome. Our adventuresome spirit rejoices as the leaves gently change before they drift to touch ground. Walking joyfully through a pile of bygone leaves, we delight in their crackle.

No matter where we live, change is persistent! It comes to freshen our hope in all that God has in store for His kingdom kids. He pursued us all with His loving grace. Those of us who chose to sweetly surrender, He changed us from a desperate crawling seeker into a brand new creature! By His grace, we can now soar above this magnificent earth. Enlightened with eyes brightened, stunned, we stand and marvel.

Without a vision or knowledge, His people perish. Our heavenly Father is faithful to deliver us from evil and give us today His daily Word of encouragement. Take a new road, enjoy the silence, the serenity of a quiet drive. Enriched and engulfed in His presence, we cease striving and bathe our soul in the majestic arriving — of the Spirit so sweetly, and elegantly stilling. Yes, that is God’s way, He leads us with a nudge to just go. With a happy smile we trust — and off and obeying, we go!

Ascribe to the Lord the glory due His name; worship the Lord in the splendor of His holiness. The voice of the Lord is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, the Lord thunders over the mighty waters. The voice of the Lord is powerful…

the voice of the Lord is majestic. The voice of the Lord strikes with flashes of lightning. The voice of the Lord twists the oaks and strips the forests bare. And in His temple all cry, “Glory!” The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord is enthroned as King forever. The Lord gives strength to His people; the Lord blesses His people with peace.” Psalm 29 We are His people.

We are blessed to witness change and to walk with God, as His hands, in His boots, speaking His truth.
