Begin and End

Attempt to imagine the very beginning. Not just before you were born. But before earth, galaxies, stars, or before waters existed. Before the dark was split by Light. Before language was spoken, or a word, or a single sound. Note, how try as you might, your mind slips into an impossible blank void. All that…

Temporary Shelter

The Girl I Was

I WAS that shy girl who had low self-worth. I WAS the girl who felt like an outsider. I WAS the girl who was quiet, kind, envious, empty and depressed without knowing why. I WAS the girl who believed she had no chance of being accepted or loved. I WAS the girl who compared herself…

I Spy a Hallelujah

Delighting in the vast, everyday opportunities to praise God with a hallelujah! Our Father personally painted all the wild flowers with a word, and He has not finished blowing our minds with marvelous things to behold. He is the sustaining life Source of all that grows. Stride Abiding

To walk in the Spirit, let us first drench our mind, and saturate our heart, as we savor all of John 15. Slowly we digest and assimilate the heavenly food our Father has given us. Learning to abide in Jesus, just like any other skill, takes effort and concentrated time each day. We read, and…
