KETO BAGELS ?

images (11)Enjoy LIFE and stuff a bagel with KETO JAM!  Or if you are determined smear mayo on the bagel and add roast beef, ham, tuna, or bacon bagel. Why not occasionally?   A MONTHLY delight is a meal that satisfies with a COMFORT food.  Make a ham and cheese bagel sandwich with lots of home-made MAYO.  See this post for recipe  KISS Carnivore.   ENJOY LOTS of variety with a bagel. BAKE EM and FREEZE EM.  We do know that VARIETY keeps peeps on KETO or Carnivore going! It is easy to stretch the baking dough to make 8 bagels. One whole bagel is 4 carbs, Counting CARBS is NOT a problem when you are strictly CARNIVORE.   There is much to say about counting carbs, but I would rather NOT. 1ST BOWL DRY INGREDIENTS to bake (8) small bagels:

1.5 cups Almond Flour + 1/4 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp sea salt (STIR)

“OR” 1/2 cup coconut flour + 2 tbl bake powder + 1/4 tsp salt (STIR)

2ND BOWL WET INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs beaten + 1/4 tsp xanthan gum

3rd MICROWAVE BOWL:

2.5 cups mozzarella  shredded cheese (melt in microwave for 2 minutes)

Combine all ingredients into one bowl. (smear coconut oil on your hands first) then shape by hands into bagels. Sprinkle wet bagel dough with sesame seeds, then spray baking sheet with cooking oil,  bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so!  ( Mexico 230 cel) Let em cool a bit, lift with spatula. THEN enjoy a bagel guilt free!Rub coconut oil on your hands then pick up dough and roll in between hands to form a long rope then touch each end together.  These bagels fit in my toaster too.

  13. Home Made Jam for Bagels

    FIRST: Warm 1 large tablespoon of Philadelphia cream cheese in microwave for 5 seconds.
    SECOND: Cut up a large strawberry into itty pieces and smash into warmed cream cheese.
    THIRD: Smear on top of a toasted KETO Bagel or KETO cup bread
