Living a resurrected life, we celebrate being raised up “in Christ” because we were once dead in our sins and blind to the Truth. Thank You, Father, for the Cross. Thank You for sending Christ to be our substitute. Thank You for placing our sins upon Him in order to bring us back into Your family. Thank You for enduring the lashes, the wounds, the crown of thorns, and the separation, for surely it was agonizing for You, as well as for Yeshua. Thank You, Jesus, for Your heart of humility and love. You are the Son of Man and Son of God. Through Your sacrifice and our faith in it, You have made us sons and daughters of the Most High. We are so grateful. Now, by faith, we appropriate all of the cleansing power of Your shed blood, and the healing virtue that flows from every wound You suffered. By Your stripes, we are healed and for the glory of Your name and the pleasure of Your heart, we ask Holy Spirit to send revival to earth. Save a billion or more people in this great revival.   Reap them now. AMEN ❤️

There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known. Whoever disowns Me before others will be disowned before the angels of God. “When you are brought before church leaders, synagogues, rulers and authorities, do NOT worry about how you will DEFEND yourselves or what you will SAY, for the HOLY SPIRIT will TEACH you at that TIME what you should SAY. Jesus warned “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; LIFE does not consist in an abundance of possessions. Therefore I tell you, do NOT WORRY about your LIFE, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. For LIFE is MORE than food, and the body more than clothes. Seek HIS KINGDOM, and these things will be given to you as well. Do NOT be AFRAID, little flock, for your FATHER has been pleased to GIVE you the kingdom. A TREASURE stored in HEAVEN will never fail. No THIEF comes near and no moth destroys. For WHERE your TREASURE is, there your HEART will be also.” Luke 12

WHY ARE THERE FOUR GOSPELS?

If there were 12 apostles why are there only four gospels? Why not just one Gospel?  ANSWER: Two of the four gospels (Mark and Luke) were not written by the apostles. The function of an apostle was to be sent by God to speak, and to teach, NOT to write gospels. By the inspiration of the Holy Spirit all Scripture was written. According to God’s perfect will. 2 Timothy 3:15-16; 2 Peter 1:19.

The Holy Spirit, sovereignly used those who were part of the 12 apostles (Matthew, Peter, John) and those who were NOT part of the 12 Apostles (Mark, Luke, James, Judas, Paul) to compose the biblical canon.

1) For God said that all things are in the mouth of two or more witnesses. God offers 4 testimonies about Christ.

2) To give evidence of the truthfulness of all that God reveals to us.

WHAT EVIDENCE ?  In a police investigation, the legitimacy of a matter is determined by the testimonies of different individuals. In a trial a witness swears what he saw, or knows to be true. A conclusion is drawn by the jury, NOT based on the uniformity in the narrative of things, but because each brings a different VIEW or perspective of what occured.

3) Each of the gospels presents us a different angle, or view from the Messiah himself. All 4 gospels are in harmony. Each adds a complement to the unity of the entire message of God. We were given 4 testimonies to read and conclude there is ONE TRUTH.

Within the prophecies of Ezekiel 1:10 and Revelation 4:6-7, we see a vision of the Messiah through 4 images:

* The Lion,
* The ox,
* The man, and
* The eagle.

Each image is a symbol of Christ, and reveals something about Him to us:

》MATTHEW (The Lion)
It presents Christ as the King of the Jews promised in the Holy text.

》 MARK (The Ox)
Present Christ as the humble servant who works tirelessly for love.

》 LUKE (The Man)
Present Christ as the Son of Man, the Perfect Male. Here we have the humanity of Christ.

》 JOHN (The Eagle)
Present Christ as the Son of God.
Here we have the Divinity of Jesus.

God engineers all things in order. He wrote four gospels to reveal to us a more complete description of Christ. The Holy Bible provides us with a growing revelation of His wisdom to ALL who seek GOD’S heart with all their mind, and strength. “Let it be done!”

As Jesus drew His final breath, the Temple curtain was torn to give us direct access to God.  The Holy Spirit was given to us that we would understand the things of God. His sheep hear His voice and REJOICE!

“Be still and know that I am God.” How do I know Who is speaking? We must be familiar with the Word of God in order to discern who is instructing, leading, guiding us. The Resurrection of Jesus is all about POWER. The essence of the cross in LOVE, but without power, love is not enough. God loved the world so much…and His love is noble, but without showing His power, love was not enough to defeat death. We need God’s love and His power. It was the power of God, through His Spirit that raised Jesus up. After three days, He walked out of the tomb, alive. God’s power raised Jesus above all powers, all dominions, and all demonic foes. The same power that raised Jesus up from the dead — is the same POWER of the Holy Spirit in us. “He who is in us, is greater than he who is in the world.” John 4:4 The devil tempts, but God, we OVERCOME fear, temptations. The Holy Spirit banished the intellectual skepticism of CS Lewis, and He also calmed the nervousness of Billy Graham. Out Father will reach the world through ordinary people, just like us. Let us ROAR with HIS POWER and stand in victory and PROCLAIM the captives FREE. Trust God, and focus on the victory we share in the cross. The blood of Jesus covers all. Jesus paid the price for our ongoing freedom in Him. Be restored fully as you continue to wrestle and win through confession and decree. I am a child of God!

A recycled voice of regret, shame, blame, anger, or bitterness is NOT from God. Discern the voices in your mind. Self-pity sounds like  “Poor me, if only…..” I was married, divorced, or had different parents, a better education, etc. Do you hear yourself ever say, “I will NEVER …?” Are you pained in the gut with guilt or regret? Sometimes, self-pity thrives through generations. Sometimes, we pick up habits of WOE from a SAD parent who could not deal with being REJECTED. Self bitterness can FESTER in us as we punish ourselves out of a sudden unexpected tidal wave of GUILT. Have you ever said, “I dont ever want to be like my mom or dad!” God commands us to respect our parents. Forgive them, and speak well of those who hurt or disappointed you. “Forgive them for they know not what they do.” Jesus forgave those who tortured Him. Question: Have you?

Pray to break any VOW to never… cry, or be like them, etc. A prayer counselor listens with ears to hear what is stored in our hearts. Anger, bitterness, or joy? With gentle probing, a counselor points out our words of regret.  We are led to confess a mild inability to feel God’s presence in a simple mindset of discontent. REMINDER: We all need ongoing prayer, to be made aware, to listen with ears to hear His “Hey” nudges from within. The more time we spend in connection with God and our inner Guide, the quicker we are to recognize His voice in our stillness. Stop and question: “Do I feel off? Do I think IF only? Why am I so irritated? Why am I annoyed? Who am I shifting blame onto? Stop and ask “Holy Spirit reveal what only You know is the source of my disturbed spirit.

Satan came to steal and destroy our faith. The Deceiver accuses, he tempts, he distracts us in multiple ways to confuse and cause doubt in God. Jesus told His disciples (us) that He must go away so that the Holy Spirit could come. Jesus was limited as a human, as He could only be physically present in one place at a time. BUT GOD, the Holy Spirit is with folks in Israel, Russia, Germany, China, Iran and the USA all at the same time. Our soul’s enemy is crafty, but God is a strategist and out of His all knowing, He deposited the Holy Spirit in us so we could rightly discern good from evil. Guilt is not from God. IF you are plagued with continual reruns of: “If only I had done or said.…?” Our heavenly Father says “Come to Me, lay it down, speak it out, and I will forgive, I will restore, I will heal your emotions, your heart.”

“The WEAPONS we FIGHT with are NOT the WEAPONS of the WORLD; our weapons HAVE DIVINE POWER to DEMOLISH STRONGHOLDS. We purpose and choose to CAST DOWN arguments in our head AND we choose to TAKE every THOUGHT hostage, and in solitary confinement, we transform our thoughts to the OBEDIENCE OF CHRIST.” 2 Corinthians 10: 4-5

A stronghold is anything that has a strong hold on our thinking. As we capture our thoughts of defensive self-pity (our right to be indignant, our right to regret) ONLY then can we demolish that stronghold and exchange it for God’s peace, joy and purpose. To be in tune, to listen and obey the “Hey!” is a learned skill. To walk in the Spirit and keep stride with the Spirit, we must STOP and PRAY. Seize each and every single negative not of God thought as soon as it is recognized.  We make our thoughts obedient to Christ by prayer and claiming God’s Word. “YOU will KEEP him in perfect peace, whose MIND is STAYED on YOU, because he TRUSTS in YOU.” Isaiah 26: 3

TO PRAY without ceasing is to be on duty as we earnestly focus on our thoughts and Who we are serving? God and His kingdom of Light or Satan and his kingdom of darkness? “I just want to serve my Lord Jesus because I love Him and want to bring Him glory with every thought and action,” and God will grant that request. What the Holy Spirit reveals, He heals. Be inspired to continue to “Choose to pray daily. Choose to read Bible daily.” We were given the desire, but the flesh is weak. Discipline our thoughts and implement our devotion to be faithful. Believe God and with authority cast down dark imaginations and strongholds. Bring into captivity every lie and it cannot deceive us.

“My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord, and my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior because He has looked with favor on the humble condition of His slave. Surely, from now on, ALL generations will call me blessed because the Mighty One has done great things for me, and His name is holy. His mercy is from generation to generation on those who fear Him.” Luke 1:46-50
