“They dropped their nets and followed Him.” They chose to give up all they had to follow the One who spoke the universe into being. Which word from God resonated with you so deeply that you chose to surrender all to the One who spoke personally to you? Besides faith, nothing is required to follow Him. Our Father does not love and choose us based on our education, track record, ethnic group, bank account, skill set, or our many accomplishments. AMEN

Regardless of sickness, persecution or pain will I praise God with all my heart? Why would I thank God for all things? Consider how you would survive without oxygen, food, or water? Who provides all good? “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God.” Jesus was with God in the beginning and as the Holy Spirit hovered over the deep, our Father spoke into being all that sustains mankind. God is Spirit and before the foundation of the world, His plan included the perfect sacrifice. His Son. God wrote Himself into our redemption story.

GOD calls us to believe in Jesus, the firstborn of all creation. Pause, think on that one sentence. Then add the fact that we were created in His image. Colossians 1:15-17 “The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.” AMEN ❤️
