Eat all you want

Eat all you want without guilt! YES, that is what has worked for Mike and Barb. We focus on what we get to eat, and we eat it until we are full. Who does not enjoy crispy bacon and eggs? How about a thick, juicy barbecued ribeye, or T-bone? A triple decker hamburger with cheddar cheese and bacon? Our blood panel is perfect. Our kidney function improved, brain fog cleared up, joint pain gone by simply filling up on protein. All sugar cravings go away when your body is saturated with healthy fat. Blood pressure normal and insulin resistance completely arrested.

Shopping and planning meals has never been easier! Stock up on eggs, heavy whipping cream (add to bacon drippings to make gravy) bacon, chicken, steak, hamburger, cheese. Your body needs salt and fat. No sides needed. No vegetables required. Eating until you are full cuts out the desire for a desert or snacks. NEED motivation? How about extra energy? Better sleep? Off medications? Zero joint pain? End of acid reflux? The Standard American Diet (SAD) is what got us sick. To get healthy we need to look into what is working for thousands.

It is designed to make a profit on disease by scheduling surgery and issuing prescription drugs. Just eliminate sugar and carbs and watch your health turn around.

Intermittent fasting is EASY! Just eat as much as you can of MEAT and get your body satisfied. Decide to eat two big meals a day. Then, do NOT snack out of habit or boredom. Take a walk, read a book, work in the garden, binge watch Dr Ken Berry; Dr Chaffee, and Dr Baker and get inspired. Date your weight and measurements, and write down all your unpleasant ailments. Eat meat, drink water for 30 days, and chart your progress.

For things to CHANGE, eat more meat. Defy those doctors who are not up to date on what the body needs to repair itself without meds. At age 71, I have more energy than at age 51. This way of eating is EASY. Eat out and order meat with a side of bacon or cottage cheese. Beware restaurants that use cheap vegetable oil. Cook at home with olive oil. Fry some chicken, enjoy a bit of cheese, barbecue a few steaks. Stuff your face with protein and just say NO to that bread, cookie, potato, or muffin.   1. You got it right! I’d also listen to Dr Ken Berry. Dr Berg interesting, but he is more keto. After 60 days Carnivore, got my blood results today. I’m excited to report my blood pressure range is 116/70; my cholesterol is perfect; my A1C level is healthy. My nails are stronger, my energy is up, my sleep has improved dramatically after I stopped drinking tea. MEAT and WATER is so simple and effective.
