Pure Love

My loved ones ❤️ Count your blessings one by one. Every single heart beat counts, and each new day is a gift. Our time on earth is short and so what matters NOW to our Heavenly Father? Today is what matters most. “Love one another.”

My son Jason Newell

With that truth burning in my heart, how must I choose to live the remaining years? My choices will honor God or will they be wasted on trying to impress others? As I take my final gasp of air, my looks, my position, education, the condition of my casa, bank account or yard will NOT matter to my Father at all.

My husband Michael

Fame or fortune never did cause my Papa to be proud of His daughter. My social status or skills never moved Him to shower me with His Love and grace. As many will forget a kindness shown, as I vacate this earthly world of pretense, I won’t care if a lot of people knew my name, or if I was impressive. The people closest to me gave me reason to shine, to be better at showing mercy and compassion.

My tall Dad Earl Alley and uncle Jerry

Who I am is who God says I am, and I am His erected, restored, and renewed child who hungered for His Word, who was fed by His generosity and loved beyond my capacity to receive. Transformed by His grace, and transparent on social media, my life is actually deeper than appearance.

My mother Maria in Brazil

To be alive in my 73rd year is longer than my youth ever imagined. I took chances, made mistakes, laughed, wept, and soaked up His joy. God has graciously alloted me much time to get to know Him. I am eternally grateful to be afforded so many awesome friends. Seasons come and go, people leave, people change, but my Father never does.

My sister Mary

Random strangers have blessed me with unexpected kind words. Dedicated to being a good wife, mother, sister and friend, I know I have failed at times, but I am also forgiven. My prayers to my Father are written, like His love letter is to me. His grace produced good fruit in me; joy, patience, kindness, gentleness, self-control, and peace. I believe the best in others and I can only offer the grace Ive been given. Don’t waste precious time, love others while you are able.

My brother Ben

The blessing is God’s love. It flows through those who receive His love. His glorious Word is written to be savored as a love letter. As we read it, the Holy Spirit takes us deeper into the heart of God as He gives us clarity and understanding. The book of Psalms reveals daily applications. Each living Word enters as the Person of Jesus Christ, who longs to draw near as we listen to hear His assurance. We meet Him in His Word, we come to know God as we give Him all of our emotions, He distributes His merciful grace.

By our Father’s great love, we were adopted as His Kingdom Kids. We bow in honor of God Almighty and praise Him for He alone is worthy. “Let all who take refuge in You be glad;  let them ever sing for joy. Spread Your protection over them, that those who love Your name may rejoice in You. Surely, Lord, You bless the righteous; You surround them with Your favor as with a shield.” Psalm 5:8 NIV ❤️
