We all fall short and we all fail but it is never too late to get a fresh start. The poetry of life is the same for us all. Highs and lows, ebb and flow. Life began abruptly for most of us as we entered the world crying to get back into the safety of the womb. We learned to walk, fall, and get back up depending on our own strength. Bravely and barely, we arrive at a job. Monday – Friday, we work to fit in a chaotic world of competition, envy, jealousy, and climb that ladder. Time passes quickly. 40, 50, 60 years gone. Parents, family members, and friends got buried. Dust to dust way too fast without knowing why? What is the purpose of work or fame? Vacations, rock concerts, new cars, more adventures, all so temporary. Nothing satisfies the soul. A new hairdo, new outfit, and more, more, more to come up empty. Ecclesiastes written by the wisest man sums it all up. Life is meaningless without a personal relationship with Jesus. He gives us purpose, and it is NOT about us. He changes our hearts, priorities, and heals our minds with truth. He keeps His promises, and life never ends. Don’t wait. Ask Jesus to reveal truth NOW. Do not postpone what needs to be done to secure eternity. Need a hug? Need encouragement? Need the truth? His Word never changes and He loves you deeply.

We have all been through a thousand things in this world, and folks don’t know the details of our personal trials. We have experienced things that shook us, surprised us, broke us, and changed us. Things that taught us to be stronger than we thought were possible. We are better because our compassion muscles grew to embrace others who struggle. The next time someone appears to underestimate your capacity to understand, based on their limited knowledge, remember that God has prepared you to respond in grace. By the power of your testimony, perhaps He positioned you to help them overcome. With great compassion, share your faith in He who is able to restore and heal. You’ve proved how much you can trust Jesus. We wobble in the storms, but we step out in faith, and His hand keeps us from drowning. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and He will give you words of knowledge to comfort, to encourage, to instruct others. We are His people. We are His hands and feet. His church is made up of folks who read His Word and obey His voice. It is NOT man’s opinion or vote that counts. What counts is our obedience.

Is Jesus returning for a spotless BRIDE? Mark 7:14 Jesus said, “Listen to Me, EVERYONE, and UNDERSTAND this. NOTHING outside a person can defile them by going into them. Rather, it is what COMES OUT of a person that DEFILES them.”…Jesus asked “Are you so dull? Don’t you see that nothing that enters a person from the outside can defile them? For it doesn’t go into their heart but into their stomach, and then out of the body.” For it is from WITHIN, out of a person’s HEART, that EVIL thoughts come—sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, GREED, malice, DECEIT, lewdness, ENVY, SLANDER, ARROGANCE and folly. ALL these EVILS come from INSIDE and DEFILE a person.” If we are once saved, always saved then why does God’s Word say we are to “work out our salvation” ? God’s Word also says that IF we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us.” ❤️ When we dont truly know a person, or an entire group of people and we choose to call them “stupid” … is that slander? We choose to guard our hearts by ceasing to listen to foolish talk. We refuse to listen to gossip or slander. Proverbs 4:23-27 “Above all else, guard your heart, for EVERYTHING you do FLOWS from it. Keep your MOUTH free of PERVERSITY; keep corrupt TALK far from your lips. Let your eyes LOOK straight ahead; FIX your GAZE directly before you. Give CAREFUL thought to the PATHS for your feet and be STEADFAST in ALL your ways. Do NOT turn to the right or the left; KEEP your foot from EVIL.” 2 Peter 2:21-22 “It would have been better for them NOT to have known the WAY of RIGHTEOUSNESS, than to have known it and then to turn their BACKS on the SACRED COMMAND that was passed on to them. Of them the PROVERBS are true: “A dog returns to its vomit,” and, “A sow that is washed returns to her WALLOWING in the MUD.” Capture every thought and consider; Was that thought based on truth or envy? Was that thought meant to encourage or slander? Revelation 19:7-8 “Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and His bride (the church) has made herself (His people) ready. Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear.” (Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of God’s holy people.) The unseen, the unspoken muddy words we think, this is what defiles us. Therefore we choose to come clean and humbly repent.
