BREAK  SOUL TIES  

 Soul ties occur between friends, spouses and children. People who are living and people who have died. People we have been engaged to, married to and had intercourse with.   To WALK in the FREEDOM of Christ, we choose to PRAY to release soul ties.    

– Forgive who abused you. Break the soul tie.

– Repent for comparing your partner..

– Repent for conceiving a child out of wedlock.  —— Break the curse of the bastard.

– Break off all relations. Remove all memories. Delete all photos off your phone. Decide NOT to TALK to your ex unless they are the parent of your kids.

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, with a humble heart I come before You.  I acknowledge that my body is not my own. Jesus paid the price of His blood to redeem me. I rededicate my body to you.  I repent for turning away from the covenant of marriage, for taking my sexuality from you and using it the way I wanted to.  In the name of the LORD Jesus Christ, and as an act of my free will, I confess, repent and renounce my participation in sexual intercourse and soul bondage with (person). Lord Jesus, II ask you to forgive me.  Today  I purpose and choose to forgive myself and free myself from any guilt and shame.  In the name of the LORD Jesus Christ, I cancel all power and authority of Satan over me in sexual sin and soul bondage with ( name), because God has forgiven me and I have forgiven myself. I command that every spirit of lust, unholy bond, spiritual defilement and every bondage that resulted from this relationship now depart.  It is concluded. I ask You Jesus to restore the brokenness of my soul. Lord, remove anything ungodly that has come to me through this soul bondage, and Lord, bring back every godly thing that was stolen from me. I take back the power I gave to (person’s name), the control I gave them over me and I all control over to You Lord Jesus.   Holy Spirit, I invite you into my heart to heal me from the pain and devastating consequences and free me from all the influences of the enemy.  You are the only one who can restore this part of my being. Give me back all that the enemy has stolen from me. Please speak Your truth to me. Amen. 

BREAK SOUL BINDING OF DIVORCE:  Heavenly Father, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and as an act of my free will, I confess and repent for the control I exercised over my former spouse and for the way I felt the rejection and that I rejected him/her myself.  I ask You, Lord, to forgive me, I determine and choose to forgive myself and free myself from any guilt and shame for the divorce. I dissolve the emotional bond with my ex. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I cancel all power and authority of Satan over me in this bitterness.  God has forgiven me and I have forgiven myself. It is concluded.  Holy Spirit, heal my heart and restore the brokenness of my soul.  Remove anything ungodly that came through this soul binding.  I take back the power I gave to this person, and I give to You, Holy Spirit,  the power I gave to this person. AMEN

Let us take an example from an area that few in church talk about: sex. Suppose you have committed sexual sin. You repent and meet God’s conditions for forgiveness. You know you are not only forgiven but justified-“just-as-if” you had never sinned (see Romans 8:30). But you still have an intense desire to commit the same sin, even though you hate it. You are sure you have been forgiven, but you are not free. You are enslaved.

One very common example is masturbation. Some psychologists say masturbation is normal and healthy. It is not worthwhile to argue about that. I simply know there are thousands of people, both men and women, who masturbate and then hate themselves for doing it. Each time they say, “Never again!” But it happens again. They are enslaved. Lydia while conducting deliverance services in various parts of the world, I often heard people-men and women alike-saying: “I can feel it in my fingers. They’re tingling. They’re getting stiff!” How grateful I am to the Lord that I have learned the answer! Now I tell people in my teaching, “You can be set free from masturbation. Just be DETERMINED.

Come against it in the name of Jesus. Shake it out of your fingers until you can feel they’re free.” Over the years I have seen hundreds of people delivered in this way from the tormenting demon of masturbation.

Let me add that marriage does not necessarily resolve the problem of masturbation. If either partner still has a demon of masturbation, the demon will seek to obtain for itself the physical satisfaction that should be enjoyed by the other partner. This is one reason the sexual relationship in some marriages does not provide the physical satisfaction that each partner should expect. Abstain and remain pure by reading scripture, applying the blood, speaking in authority against it and dwelling in the most holy place with music. Use sound therapy to defeat Satan.
