Remember Hope

That World war was over !

The time to be thankful is now. Acts 2:17 ‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.” What is ahead?

Born during World War One

A repeated story. Imagine being born in 1900. At age 14, World War One started and ended with 22 million dead. A global pandemic arrives in 1919, the Spanish Flu kills 50 million people. At age 29 a global economic crunch began as the NY Stock Exchange fell. Inflation, unemployment and famine deprived people. At age 33, a German ruler enforced death camps. At age 39, World War Two and 60 million people died. The Nuremberg trials begin because 6 million Jews were brutally murdered. Age 52, the Korean War begins. At age 64, the Vietnam War and 4 million dead.

In 2023 we still enjoy freedoms after the cruel 2020 pandemic. With mask mandates, shut downs of business and churches, mandatory injections were enforced to keep jobs or to remain in the military. The aftermath is that thousands of soldiers and young athletes dropped dead suddenly? No investigation of these deaths were allowed to be made public. Humanity is being controlled by the media. People are persecuted because of their faith, genders are confused, and terror organizations go unpunished. Christians in the USA are being arrested for sharing the Gospel in public places.

World War Three is happening in the middle East. The freedom to say what is really happening has been shut down. Be thankful that you can have a Bible, and that your belief in God has not been forced to change, yet. Do everything you need to do to protect your right to think and believe. God’s word is truth.

Each winter people catch a cold, the flu. Stay home, drink liquids, use Vicks vapo rub, make chicken soup, take extra vitamin C. It’s not a pandemic, it’s the flu season. No shot, no mask prevents the annual flu season. Do not inject yourself with a mix that has no public truthful warning label. God’s Warning: 2 Timothy 3:1-5 “Mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God—having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.”

Run to Jesus His gate is open now

  1. What can we give to God in 2023? What does God want from us? He wants our hearts, our time, our thoughts to be immersed in His. The greatest gift that we can give to God is our commitment to Him. The wise men from the East brought gifts to Jesus—gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Now, what kind of gifts were these for a child? They gave Jesus gold because they recognized it was a proper gift for a king. They gave him frankincense, which is what the high priest used when he went into the temple to represent the people. And they gave Him myrrh because they recognized this king would die for the world. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. He is our High Priest. And of course, He is the One who died for all our sin.
