For three days at Lakeside, friends of Jesus from at least five different local centers gathered to hear words prepared by our Father. Billie Boatwright and Suzanne Eason were both sent by God to deliver His Word. We were rightly warned that the time is short. Jesus is returning soon and before He does life on earth will get harder.

The Spirit of our Lord ministered to us individually and corporately. We are free to choose to remain the same and feel safe in our tradition, or we choose to move with the Spirit of God and go where He leads and say the words He gives us to speak. The cloud of His Holy Presence is on the move and it is up to His chosen, adopted, anointed saints to stand firm on the Rock and speak “Peace” to the trembling. “Tradition is used by man to keep the dead happy.” If we are alive in Christ, we move along with the Spirit of God.

God made us man and woman, but in the spirit realm, we are One in Him. Suzanne Eason spoke hope into the saints in attendance. Billie Boatwright, led us through a few exercises of walking out our faith in victory. Our Father’s mandate is clear, and regardless of our gender, it is time to draw near and act upon what Truth we hear.  Haggai 1:5 “Give careful thought to your ways.” Obedience demands we examine ourselves. Time is ticking, and His remnant is busy preparing the Way of the Lord’s return. Zechariah 10:5 “Together (male and female) they will be like warriors in battle trampling their enemy into the mud of the streets. They (both male and female) will fight because the Lord is with them, and they will put the enemy horsemen to shame.” Walk in the Spirit, Pray in the Spirit and obey His Spirit. AMEN

Isaiah 24 “See, the Lord is going to lay waste the earth and devastate it; He will ruin its face and scatter its inhabitants— The earth will be completely laid waste and totally plundered. The Lord has spoken this word.” OUR CHOICE is clear. We choose to stay in our cocoon of comfort, wrapped in our own limited understanding — or we choose to be set free from tradition and fly in His Spirit? We were all fully equipped for such a time as this.

In Palm 22 David presents Jesus Christ as the Savior who laid down His life. The psalm begins by portraying the rejection and abandonment Christ suffered on the cross. Our suffering Messiah makes a strong declaration of trust in God: “But Thou art holy, O Thou that inhabits the praises of His people” Psalm 22:3, KJV Let us praise God for His plans for all who praise His holy name. He rescued and restored us for such a time as this. AMEN

WE CAN do what He empowers us to do for HIS GLORY. “That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen, with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched — this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. The Life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal Life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us.” 1 John 1:1-10

We gladly listen to what the Spirit of God is saying and get off the bus. We operate by what the Great Influencer says, the Holy Spirit. We remain in Him, and when He who abides in us speaks, we respond without hesitation. “We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son, Jesus Christ. We write this to make our joy complete.” 1 John 1 Be you and operate in your gifting and bring in the harvest.

Gifts of the Holy Spirit found in chapters 12, 13 and 14 of first Corinthians. Romans 12. Ephesians 4. First Peter chapter 4. We are ALIVE in CHRIST and it is time to be in tune with what the Spirit of God is calling us to do! “This is the message we have heard from Him and declare to you…IF we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. IF we claim we have not sinned, we make Him out to be a liar and His word has no place in our lives.” 1 John 1

God spoke through Amos when the wealthy and powerful had become greedy, and corrupt. Immoral slavery, sex trafficking, over taxation and land grabbing. The indifference to the poor is once again prevalent. God is weary of the worldwide oppression and our Father knows the hearts and minds of His people. Many lack the power of the Holy Spirit, and without Him to lead us, we remain stuck on ourselves. It is NOT about us. The deluded have zero power. The true disciples are tired of religious performance. The children of God are hungry for Sprit filled integrity. As first responders, let us choose to practice obedience, and together in unity feed the hungry. “The days are coming, declares the Sovereign Lord, “when I will send a famine through the land — not a famine of food or a thirst for water, but a famine of HEARING the WORDS of the LORD.” Amos 8:11

Friends of Jesus — A Five Fold Ministry fully engaged as 5 different flocks gathered in unity to get a fresh Word, to be encouraged, healed, and renewed. Words of Haggai and Isaiah WOKE us UP to HEAR what the Spirit of God has for His Church. Jesus quoted Isaiah in His hometown. “I’ve come to set the captives free.” In His hometown, Jesus was not understood. The people denied that they needed delivered from their religious spirit, and from being captive to envy and pride. Oh Lord, we cry out for discernment and wisdom. Help us oh Lord, that we are NOT deceived. We trust the Lord for His strength, wisdom and His fresh NEW Way. Our God is constantly on the move. AS the cloud of His Spirit moves, we choose to pack up and follow His lead. Our God is a consuming fire, ever at work in us and through us. Jesus is moving on from what once was.. or ever has been! He is returning in a way He has never done before.
