The one true God who spoke a trillion galaxies into existence, that same God knows your name and longs to hear from you. Father God wants you, not a shallow act of religious loyalty.  He wants to be called Dad, not your honor. God is not insecure. He does not need our praise to feel good about Himself. God does not need our worship to feed His ego.  God simply loves the heart of the one who delights in His Holy Presence. Catch Him in the sunrise or sunset. Walk with Him and just talk with Him.

The song sung by the worshipper does not matter to God because He loves the singer. The Bible confirms that God seeks worshippers, not worship. A worshipper adores being with the One that they respect for the way He loves and extends such amazing grace.  What king would request the pleasure of your company? The Son of God, Jesus, is named the King of all kings — and He wants to spend as much time with you as you can spare. He does not want a servant, like a good husband, He wants your heart.

Jesus broke all the religious rules in order to have a personal relationship with you. He desires  intimacy with you. That’s why He calls us His own, and He is a jealous Father. We are known as “children of God” and we are the “apple of His eye”. When we seek God with all our heart, His Holy Presence becomes our reward. BELIEVE, RECEIVE and REJOICE. A simple decision that lasts eternally.

Pray to make your Father’s day by giving Him your time and the pleasure of some company.  Instead of seeking His help, just touch GOD’S HEART. ❤️ Thank You, Father, for sending Your Son, who shattered the false ideas about Your nature.  Jesus walked humbly and in glad obedience, He demonstrated what God desires.  He shows me new revelation on how to please God’s heart. Jesus, You are my Good Shepherd, and I am deeply grateful that You never gave up on me.  Woefully, I was that rebellious sheep that was prone to jump off cliffs. I come to You in total awe because You created me in my mother’s womb with my days all planned. With great grace and mercy,  You forgave me for being defiant to stubbornly go my own way. You made it clear that You want my heart, more than good deeds or a new song. The Creator of all things, You call me Your friend, and this fact humbles me. Rather than bringing You a list of my needs, today I am here to seek to bless Your heart.  Realizing that You loved me first, I take this time to speak my love to You. It is my desire to satisfy the longings of Your heart by simply expressing my love with words of genuine thanksgiving. I pray Your Word back to You. Find a mountain top and climb up and delight in the vista created to clear your head. Be still and thank God for His lavish supply. The Bread of life sustains us. The rich produce He provides never runs out. Who is like our God? His promises are fulfilled by every breath we take. Stop to thank Him today with simple words of genuine gratitude. There He stands, in your midst, wherever you are He is. Offer up a moment to connect with He who never departed.  Delight yourself knowing that this gift of thanks gives Him great pleasure. Shout out and twirl!

Our Father asks us to communicate. Philippians 4:6-8 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in EVERY situation, by PRAYER and petition, with THANKSGIVING, PRESENT your requests to God. And the PEACE of God, which TRANSCENDS all understanding, will guard your HEARTS and your MINDS in CHRIST JESUS. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is TRUE, whatever is NOBLE, whatever is RIGHT, whatever is PURE, whatever is LOVELY, whatever is ADMIRABLE —if anything is EXCELLENT or PRAISEWORTHY —think about such things.” In other words THINK about JESUS and what He did for you.
