BEGIN WITH 8 ounces Hot Water
1) Add 1 teaspoon Senna leaves to hot water and let steep into tea
2) Place 10 pitted prunes into a blender. Add tea water
3) Add 1 tablespoon oats
4) Add 1 leaf of cabbage and BLEND on high. A drink plumb sweetened
5) Add 1 tablespoon mineral oil. Get at pharmacy and blend. Drink a cup first day. Refrigerate and drink 2nd cup next day.
Senna is a gentle laxative, and the mineral oil loosens stool to slide out. Cabbage is a natural probiotic that helps restore the microbiome in the large intestine. The small amount of oats adds fiber. The doctor suggests this recipe IF your bowel is impacted. Long-term use of over the counter laxatives is not good for health. Expensive probiotic tabs rarely get through the small intestinal tract to end up being a benefit to the large intestine. Take a long walk.

Activity and fasting help empty our bowel without strain. As you walk, massage gut and use pressure to activate bowels.

It is recommended that you poop twice a day regularly. If you are impacted for over 5 days, go to the doctor. This is my home remedy posted for my quick retrieval.
