God will use whatever gift or talent He has given you to further His plan, and His purpose. Rather than try to figure out what that is, focus on God, and ask God to baptize you with the Holy Spirit. Be sensitive to His prompt, that nudge, to His inner influence. Trust Him and He will fill your mouth with words to speak. The three greatest FREE gifts ever given to any of us is our faith, the atoning blood poured out by Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. To receive these gifts, we are required to die to ourselves and be reborn spiritually. John 3:5 “No one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the SPIRIT gives birth to spirit. “
Jesus said “If you love Me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Counselor to be with you forever.” John 14:15 While on this earth, we have access to a heaven sent Counselor, who acts as our defense attorney in the Courts of Heaven. He guides us through God’s perfect law and gives us perfect understanding. Jesus also said: “But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.” God is faithful to keep His Word, His promises. Ask God to baptize you with the Holy Spirit. Trust God always. “When He, the Spirit of Truth, comes, He will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on His own; He will speak only what He hears, and He will tell you what is to come. He will bring Glory to Me by taking what is Mine, and making it known to you.” John 16:13 Be convinced that every Word of God brings life. Embrace every Word as a treasure. Out of the stored treasures of your heart, your words will flow with His abundant good. Affirm God’s Word in FAITH and expect His goodness to multiply. “Now may the GOD who GIVES perseverance and encouragement GRANT you to be of the same MIND with one another according to CHRIST JESUS, so that with ONE ACCORD you may with ONE VOICE GLORIFY the GOD and FATHER of our LORD JESUS CHRIST.

“Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee; and the light shall shine upon thy ways.” Job 22:28 A day of miracles recorded in March, 1922, in Forest Grove, Oregon. Mr. Clark Mitchell was in a logging accident, which severely injured the knee and his left shoulder was crushed. His knee developed a tumor so large that it filled his pant leg. He told John G Lake (JGL) there were times when he was able to walk a single block. Other periods, he confined to his home and his chair. One day, as JGL was on the way to a meeting at the Free Methodist Church, he passed Mr. Mitchell’s home.
His daughter, waved to JGL and said to her father, “I see Mr. Lake, and I am going to call him in.” Mr. Mitchell replied, “No, don’t do it. I DON’T TAKE ANY STOCK in that KIND of STUFF.” JGL knew nothing of Clark’s doubts. When JGL entered their home, he said, “Mr. Mitchell, I have no time to talk to you.” JGL threw off his overcoat and knelt to pray. Mitchell told him that his knee had been bad for 10 years. JGL laid his hands on the knee and began to pray. As JGL did, he was conscious that Mitchell was healed. Gifting Eternity
“The life of the Christian without the indwelling power of the Spirit in the heart — is a weariness to the flesh of that empty soul. — Without the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, a believer strains to obey God’s word and speak and act in a way that they are not equipped. The Christian life that is lived by the impulse of the Spirit of Christ within your soul becomes a joy, a power, and a glory.” JGL practiced FAITH and he expected the Spirit of God to move and heal as Scripture says. Isaiah 53:5 “He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His wounds we are healed.” John G Lake A sunlit, grace filled woman brought healing wherever she went. It was like the shadow of Peter passing by and healing occurred.
TESTIMONY: A man by the name of Johnson, was an epileptic for 12 years and suffered seizures daily. He attended a JGL meeting. After the service, a group were in an attitude of prayer and communion. Someone turned and asked Johnson if he would like to be a Christian. He said, “Well, I guess NOT. I would do the same things I have done today and tomorrow if I were.” — Like a flash out of the blue, the SPIRIT of GOD fell upon Johnson, and he fell prostrate upon the floor, remaining there for over 8 hours. Johnson had been having about 15 seizures a day was SAVED, and also HEALED. He went forth baptized in the Holy Ghost.

ANOTHER TESTIMONY: Charles G. Finney, founder of Oberlin College, and it’s first president. He was a practicing lawyer. He was seized with a conviction for sin so pungent that he retired to the woods to pray, and the Spirit of the Lord came upon him so powerfully, so divinely and took such amazing possession of him that he tells us he was compelled to cry out to God to cease least he should die. ANOTHER MIRACLE: One day JGL stood at the railway station in Indiana, waiting for a train and observing a group of Italian men. Walking along the platform, JGL said, “Oh, God, how much I would like to be able to talk to these men about the living Christ and His power to save! ” The Spirit said, “You can.” JGL stepped over to them; and he preached, and observed himself beginning to speak in some foreign language. For 15 minutes God let JGL tell the truths of Christ and the power of God to that group of laborers in Italian, a language of which he had no knowledge. Bless God, there will come from Heaven a shower that will so anoint the souls of saints that they will speak in every language by the power of God. “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” Matthew 24:14.
Jesus told His followers “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift My Father promised, which you have heard Me speak about For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit. ” Acts 1:4-5 It is the Father’s promise. “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8 — TRUST GOD! TESTIMONY The Welsh revival was one of the most remarkable revivals that was ever produced. It was apparently prayed out of heaven by a single little church whose lights were never extinguished for seven years. This indicates that a portion of that congregation was continually in prayer to God, that God would send a revival. And thus it came, the most astonishing and intensely powerful revival. In small churches which would hold perhaps 500 people, in one corner fifty people would be singing the praises of God, thirty-five people would be down praying, another group would be praising God and testifying of His power. It was not produced by evangelism, but it was the descent of the Spirit of God on the people. Conviction for sin was so powerful men knelt in their stores or wherever they were to give themselves to God. Sometimes while men were drinking in the public houses at the bar, they would cry out to God and give their hearts to Him. Beginning with that revival there was a movement of God that spread throughout the world. In our own land we were particularly and wonderfully blessed by a movement that began New Year’s Eve, 1900, which was accompanied by the Baptism in the Holy Ghost, and multitudes were baptized in the Holy Ghost.
TESTIMONY: A Scotch boy, educated in the University of Australia, (John Alexander Dowie). The Lord came to him in his own tabernacle one morning as he sat at his desk. He advised Dowie concerning his ministry. Jesus laid His hands upon him and from that period his ministry was marked by the supernatural. It is a matter of public record and one of the most astonishing facts that on one occasion he invited all persons who were healed under his ministry to attend a meeting at the auditorium in Chicago. Ten thousand people attended the meeting. At the moment they all arose and gave testimony to the fact that they were healed. Those who were not able to attend were asked to send in a card, three and a half inches square, telling of their healing. Five bushel baskets were filled with these cards, representing the testimony of 100,000 people. At the moment these five bushel baskets of cards were spilled over the stage, to emphasise the extent and power of God’s ministry and blessing to the people.
TESTIMONY: Hudson Taylor, founder of the China Inland Mission. To him the Lord came, not only in personal presence, but in prophecy concerning the future. It was Hudson Taylor who prophesied the great revival in Wales ten years before it came to pass, giving almost the very day on which it would begin, and its power and extent.
