To get away, to go into the secret place of the most High, to reconnect with His purpose and supreme plan, is to retreat from the distractions of this world. A purpose driven retreat from the Deceiver, is to realign our life with Jesus, the Author and perfector of our faith. It is a choice to lay aside our plans, for a day, with the intention of following the One who shed His blood in order that we bring Him glory. What God can do with one soul submitted to Him, can be seen in countless true stories in the Bible. “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.” Proverbs 19:21

Hope for the future is found in our heavenly Father. The truth is that family and friends can lead us into the ways of the world that dishonor God.  Our trusted Guide is waiting for us to turn to Him. God’s plan for us was written down before we were born. We must choose to submit our hopes, dreams, visions, and plans to God so that we can walk in victory. Those watching us — will be led by our example into the abundant life — or into a life of pain, struggles, and lack. Your daily choices matter. They determine the life you will hate or enjoy.

Union with Christ is central to a wonderful spiritual life.
Unify with the Spirit:
1) Surrender the doubts of mind to the Holy Spirit.
2) Connect spirit to Spirit
3) Only “In Christ” NOT in our natural mind, do we have the mind of Christ.

4) Maintain your identity “in Christ.” Live resurrected in Christ, not in the world. Romans 6:3. The old self is crucified with Christ. A child of God lives in the power of a supernatural RESURRECTED LIFE.
5) A Spirit-Led Life is one that does NOT strive in the flesh. By choice, by faith, we submit our way to His way.  Allowing Christ, the Holy Spirit to live His life through us. Galatians 2:20.
6) Trusting His sufficiency of grace and the power of the Holy Spirit, we walk humbly in the spirit and honor God.
7) An Overcoming Life is one that denies self. Christ’s victory over sin, pride, rebellion, jealousy, envy, selfishness, unforgiveness, hatred of self — or others, guilt, entitlement, becomes fully realized in the spirit, mind, and body of the surrendered soul. This victorious life is NOT achieved through human effort — but by abiding in Christ and relying on His life within. John 15:4.
8) As a member of the Body of Christ, our talent, our gift, and our contribution does NOT compete.  It humbly offers the body it’s SERVICE. The church is a living organism that is connected to the will of the Father, with Christ as the Head. A unity of servants who live in harmony with one another to glorify God.
9) Fully submitted, we are liberated from the entanglement of the flesh, the enticement of our own comfort, the pride of our efficiency, and our own understanding. 
10) Our focus shifts from our self-effort to our total dependence on Christ’s finished work.  His ongoing presence is a fact. Our choice to submit to this revelation helps believers move from fear, anxiety, and worrisome striving — into a life of victory, peace, restorative rest, and joy.

Our foundational ROCK is to  live in constant union with Christ, by abiding in Him. Jesus calls us by name, and He invites us to listen, trust, and walk in obedience. This remains your free choice to connect with the Holy Spirit. The transformative power of a life submitted to His grace leads to a Spirit-filled life “in Christ.” Let us pray for the Spirit to lead us into all truth.

Only God can change hearts. We are given lives to mold by our kindness and bold statements of truth. The vitality of the crucified life, is NOT about what I want. It is about being submitted, and transformed into the image of a holy God. The devil’s scheme is to twist Scripture so that we agree that regardless of how we act, we are saved.  Will God say, “Well done?” If we just do what we prefer, will He say that God was glorifed by your choices?  God asks us to believe Him, and be holy.

Ephesians 4:22-24 “You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires;.to be made new in the attitude of your minds;
and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.” Examine your heart, repent, be holy, and avoid hell.

Alejarse, ir al lugar secreto del Altísimo, reconectarse con el propósito y el plan supremo de Dios, es retirarse de las distracciones de este mundo. Un retiro del Engañador, es realinear nuestra vida con Jesús, el Autor y perfeccionador de nuestra fe. Es una elección de dejar a un lado nuestros planes, por un día, con la intención de seguir a Aquel que derramó Su sangre para que le traigamos gloria. Lo que Dios puede hacer con un alma sometida a Él, se puede ver en innumerables historias reales en la Biblia.

La esperanza para el futuro se encuentra en nuestro Padre celestial. La verdad es que la familia y los amigos no pueden conducirnos a la vida eterna. Nuestro Guía de confianza está esperando que acudamos a Él. El plan de Dios para nosotros fue escrito antes de que naciéramos. Debemos someter nuestras esperanzas, sueños, visiones y planes a Dios para que podamos caminar en victoria. Aquellos que nos observan – serán guiados por nuestro ejemplo hacia la vida abundante – o hacia una vida de dolor, luchas y carencias. Tus decisiones diarias importan. Determinan la vida que odiarás o disfrutarás.

Nuestro enfoque cambia de lo que debemos hacer, nuestro propio esfuerzo, a nuestra total dependencia de la obra terminada de Cristo. Su presencia continua es un hecho y nuestra elección de someternos a esta revelación ayuda a los creyentes a pasar de una sensación de ansiedad, esfuerzo preocupante y fracaso a vivir en victoria, paz, descanso y alegría.

Nuestra Roca fundamental es vivir en unión constante con Cristo, permaneciendo en Él. Jesús nos llama por nuestro nombre, y nos invita a escuchar, confiar y caminar en obediencia. Esta sigue siendo tu libre elección de conectar con el Espíritu Santo. El poder transformador de una vida sometida a Su gracia conduce a una vida llena del Espíritu “en Cristo”. Oremos para que el Espíritu nos guíe a toda la verdad.

“God has shown you, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” Micah 6:8

“Dios te ha mostrado lo que es bueno. ¿Y qué exige el Señor de ti? Que actúes con justicia y ames la misericordia y camines humildemente con tu Dios”. Miqueas 6:8

Pray for Guidance and for understanding.  Study to show yourself approved. The world says, “God does not exist. The Bible has not kept up with what people need.” God says,’Faith is believing in what you cannot see.’ “Ye have not, because ye ask not.” Let us ask God to increase our faith in Him.
