Our Father knows we are prone to doubt Him and lean on our experiences rather than ask for His help. As sheep, we wander off the path and away from our Shepherd. When He calls, do I know His voice and turn? Am I listening? Do I desire to live a life, daily, that calls down the glory. His favor, and His holy anointing rest on His faithful. Do I want the Spirit of God to not only abide, but do I desire that my Father take great pleasure in me? His Spirit constantly covers and hovers over me. ❤️ Do I desire to be robed in His righteousness and favor? This is only possible “IF” I cling to Him with a purified heart.

A simple reality of walking with Jesus, in a world where all things are in some sort of decay, God’s mercies never grow old. His mercies never run out, dry out, disappoint, fail, or grow weak. His fresh mercies are form fitted for any suffering, struggle, pain, or temptation. Sometimes His mercy is: AWE inspiring; strengthening; hope-giving; heart-exposing; rescuing; forgiving; transforming; glory revealing; truth illumining; courage-giving; and rebuking. God’s mercies do NOT come in one color; they come in every shade of His grace. His mercies sound of every single instrument of His Orchestra of Grace. God’s mercy is specific, predictable, it is a fountain that never stops flowing. The Christian life, the church, and our faith is NOT about us. “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.” We forfeited our life for His. Our new life is about Him, His plan, His kingdom, His glory.” Paul chose to bring glory to God, not himself. “Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31

Tried is every faithful soul, as gold and silver tried, purged by grief, and purged by pain. And 7 times purified: all who stand the fiery test, all who receive Thy image, and all who bear Thy name. With His image impressed, His love mightily transforms. Out of love He brings His fire. Consecrated in confidence, Thou wilt bring me through. I call upon Thy name, with all the creatures new; I press into Thee proving Thine utmost word. Brightened by Thy glory, I wilt shine bold. Claimed by Thee, I claim Thou art Lord of all – through endless ages, eternity mine. – Charles Wesley. God’s faithful servant. 1 Peter 1:3-9

The Lord is coming soon, so it is a good time to draw closer than ever. Ask: Do I live in confidence as to why I was saved? What is God’s purpose for me in the last days? Doctrinal issues will NOT be what the King judges me on. Am I certain in my spirit that I am in good standing before the Father? Do I express His Spirit as His visible being on earth! Do I think with the Mind of Christ? Do I exaggerate, cheat, lie, gossip, or desire my old selfish ways? Do I represent Christ in my word and actions? Will Jesus say “I never knew you”—to me? Do I brag and struggle for attention, or do I humbly bow to my Lord Jesus with a hope to bring Him glory?

In this dark hour am I His shining light? Am I clear about what Jesus did for me on the cross? Do I trust in His victory on my behalf? Am I fully forgiven? The veil was torn, and God bid me to come, do I go to Him or do I resist Him? My Father loves me, do I love Him above all else? Did He give me the security of my salvation in what Jesus accomplished? The glory path to the throne is cleared by the blood of Jesus. Do I ooze with the fruit of the Spirit everywhere I go? Do I show patience, love, peace, joy — always?

Do I confess my grumbling? God knows my spirit, am I reconciled to the God of glory through the finished work of Jesus? My misery attracted the grace of God. Am I thankful for His new mercy today? My helpless condition continues to attract the constant mercy and grace of God Almighty. Am I united as a member of the Body of Christ? Am I a sheep or a goat? God knows the entirety of my mind and spirit. Do I rest in Him and know for certain that my name is in the Lambs Book of Life? Answer and live in the peace of His assurance.

“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” – Mark 10:45 ❤️ As Jesus is our Bridegroom, and His wife is the church, then we are wise to prepare ourselves for the wedding. Jesus looks for a wife of noble character, one that brings His name glory. “A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life.” Proverbs 31:10-12 ❤️ “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6 – The promises of God do revitalize our hope in His plan. We know full well that our Father is the finest Promise Keeper! “Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him and He will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your shining vindication like the noonday sun.” Psalm 37:4 ❤️

Delight God and use your unlimited imagination and rejoice that you passed your final exam. Be grateful for the joy that increases as laughter overcomes you for no reason whatsoever! The truth is that imagination is the largest nation in the world! Just allow it to spread across all boundaries! Feel perked up as the wind blows through your hair, riding in a classic convertible! Turn up your favorite music — cruise along with expectation! We are never alone, our best unseen friend, is always with us! Tis indeed, our most delightful wind swept ride therapy.

It does not take much for both of us to bust out laughing. Humor is the antidote, the zero cost, carefree fix for any weary soul. Today is a good day to let loose in a heavenly spree of glee. Adorned in bright yellow and a flaming red, we just laugh at the days ahead! Making my entire day a celebration! I radiate along with the infused joy that rides along with me wherever we go! Through rainstorms or heat waves, I choose to be extremely responsible in making today a happy memory! Choose Joy, for it is our choice.

A gratitude journal does challenge us to be grateful for something every day! While we wait, let us choose to celebrate the goodness of God each day. Write it down
