His unseen Spirit was like a fresh wind that blew through. Acts 2:1-2 “When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly, a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.” The Holy Spirit stopped my mind, and my old nature surrendered. With each breath, His marvelous work began in me. His mercy forgave all, His grace restored all, and humbly I remember that I submitted to do His will.

Speak and know that God is listening and His perfect will is done, right on time. Choosing to serve His kingdom begins with each word we speak, and with every thought we think, and each action we take. Our Father wrote us a love letter full of instructions. Beloved, capture each thought and choose NOT to let the old nature pay attention to the liar. Out of pure obedience, remain vigilant in thoughts. Our old nature tends to wrestle in faith and doubt. Actively discern who you serve with your thoughts. The old way erupts in attitudes within our hearts. God gives us His wisdom to fight against grumbling, fear, anger, and giving in to the temptation to justify any bitterness, jealousy, or reason for unforgiveness.

Be fierce in the spiritual war and strike the foe with a deadly flow of scripture. Determine to abide in the new nature in constant communion with Holy Spirit. Be His light, His hands of compassion, His powerful voice of total restoration. Rejoice in His mercy and the 70×7 second chances He has given us to surrender all. Let us run to Jesus in repentance and receive Him as our Lord and Savior. Our Father does not force Himself on anyone so we must choose life “in Him.” Truth is that there is no air in hell because God is the breath of life. There is no peace in hell, because Yeshua is the Prince of peace. There is zero comfort in hell, because the Holy Spirit is the Comforter. There is no love in hell because God is love. Hell is total darkness without escape. As temples of the Holy Spirit, we boldly decree the truth. Our eternity is secure in Jesus. God told us we would have trouble in this broken world, so we escape into the peace of God by proclaiming Jesus as our personal Savior and Lord, and His Ways are perfect!

Our Father gave us a grand buffet of gifts to share. His Ways are not our ways. He set us aside for His purpose. Our Father gifted us uniquely for His glory, not ours! God is all about change. He changed you and He changes your circle of influence. God delivers His people from demons and from from people who have a critical, doubting spirit. God removes people who are disinterested in what you say or do for the kingdom. You are being promoted by God to a higher level because the standard God set for your life is higher. Dark critical spirits have been removed from your circle by His plan and for your protection. You are now free to receive more and move swiftly into a new circle that He has prepared for His glory. AGREE with GOD and CHOOSE to CHANGE your focus to PLEASE GOD, not the people who resist change.

If Jesus is knocking at your door, let Him in. A Daily Word to pray about. Nov 14, 2025 by Pastor Preston Morrison. REKINDLING LOST LOVE. Revelation 2:4–5
Jesus gently warns the church in Ephesus that, despite all their strength and faithfulness, they had lost the most important thing: their first love. It’s a reminder that our walk with God can become busy, disciplined, and structured—yet slowly drift from heartfelt affection. When love for Christ dims, everything else follows. The way back is simple but intentional: remember where you were, return to what you once did, and refocus your heart on Jesus Himself. Love grows again when we look again to Him.
As you meditate today, ask God to soften your heart and revive what once burned brightly. Let His kindness draw you back into fresh affection, fresh wonder, and fresh devotion.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, I ask You to rekindle my love for You. Restore the tenderness, joy, and closeness I once knew. Help me remember, return, and refocus my heart on You. Warm every cold place within me, and let Your love flow through my life again.
