Worship God, the Creator of joy, the Father of Hope, and the Giver of greater grace. The Spirit of Christmas exists all year long as Christ, our Savior. Before the world celebrated the first Thanksgiving, Jesus was King. Hope for the world was first found in the blessed child born to be King over all peoples. Jesus is our everlasting Lord, and God’s gift was given to all. The Word of God became flesh for us. The grandeur of His ongoing grace appears in unexpected places. Grace is what twists our disaster into rejoicing. In the midst of what appears to be hopeless—is God at work. His grace is sufficient as we arrive at the end of our striving. What the world thinks is the end of us — God and His angels rejoice! All of heaven sings whenever one soul accepts the invitation that Jesus now provides. Welcome home into the Family of God! Ah, into the fullness of His presence, merrily I go. May every seeking heart find the Truth. New life in Christ is a gift, the old is gone! Death is certain, but so is eternity. The Bible offers truth and all the answers. Our wealth is found in friends of Jesus and our health. God is always extending us grace to believe in Jesus. Receive His gift, and as promised, He will keep giving hope, joy, and peace eternally. “Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered Himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God.” Ephesians 5:2

Unwrap the gift of love slowly. Reopen all those gifts you have already received; Love from an old wretch turned friend; kindness from those who hurt you; the mercy extended when you goofed up; the sweet patience of the angels watching; those who served up laughter; the gracious hospitality of others; the smiling faces that speak encouragement; the Father’s forgiveness and all His greater grace. Enjoy His mercy in the merry and praise God. ❤️

“Dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. Be merciful to those who doubt; To Him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy—Praise Jesus!” Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance. Jude 1:20

Keeping it simple is not the way of humanity. We all overthink, hold onto the past, over stuff ourselves, get offended easily, and only forgive partially. When we voice words out of pain, it reveals that we need to confess our unforgiveness of others and ourselves. God’s view is very clear. Forgive others as you have been forgiven. Completely. The pure Word of God is made clear and understood through the Holy Spirit. If we learn from a source, NOT of HIM, we are deceived. No matter how eloquent, or pleasing, or right it sounds, God’s will is left out. Trust in the living Word of God to speak to your heart.
