Enjoy the safety of resting and relying on God’s faithfulness. Choose to dwell in the secret place of the Most High. Abide in His bubble wrapped security. Our Lord Jesus is our refuge whenever doubt swirls. He is the fortress we run to when the firey darts fly. Our Father has His protective eye on us and in Him alone must we trust.

“The eyes of the Lord are on those who fear Him, on those whose hope is in His faithfulness.” The promise of Psalm 33:18 invites comfort. El Roi is the God who sees you just as He saw Hagar cry out in Genesis 16:13. As His humble servants, we all walk through valleys in the wilderness of this broken world. We also may feel forgotten, overlooked, and unseen. Our Father waits to minister to us in the secret place. He assures us that we are seen, understood, and unconditionally loved. We cooperate with God by walking in faith. Trusting the unseen presence of He who abides in us, we take a step in His Way, and the Holy Spirit leads us.

We were given the gift of faith to trust God in all things. We  board an airplane without fully understanding the mechanics. We step into a very heavy plane and trust that God is in control. He goes before us and each day of our life in Christ is in His hands. Our journey with Jesus is all about His faithfulness, not ours. His living and active Word is the key that opens all doors to His fullness. He gives us total freedom to test His reliability in all things.
