Rest in Me

Trust the divine exchange of God as He lifts burdens, silences fears, and fills your heart with His peace. Read these words and be still and know God sees you. Let His words calm any anxious thoughts as the Holy Spirit ministers to you in the deepest places of your soul. Now, breathe in the holy goodness of the Lord. As you rest, listen and believe that the Lord is speaking to you to comfort and strengthen you as you drift off to sleep. Abba Father, I pray tonight for divine protection over my sleep. Heavenly Father, I come before You tonight surrendering myself into your loving hands. Lord, as I close my eyes, I trust that You are faithful and that Your divine protection covers me. I rest in You, AMEN

Psalm 91:11 “For He shall give His angels charge over you to keep you in all of your ways.” I dwell in total peace knowing Your presence stands guard over my home, my family. I rebuke every plan of the enemy against my sleep. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. Thank You Father, for setting a heavenly shield around me to banish evil attempts to disturb my rest. I am confident that I am safe in Your presence. You are my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust. I rest under the shadow of the Almighty, knowing that God’s mighty angels are watching over me. Thank you, Father, for your faithfulness. I rest in Your protection in Jesus name. Proverbs 18:10 “The name of the Lord is a strong tower.” I am righteous in Your sight and I am safe. I believe this and I receive this truth. Isaiah 43:1 “Says the Lord who created you, oh ——-, and He who formed you, oh ——-, fear not for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name. You are mine.” I trust God’s Word.

This sacred prayer is to release burdens and fears. I find peace and I enjoy a restful sleep in God’s presence. I speak and believe as if it already were. Psalm 4:8 “I will both lie down in peace and sleep. For You alone, oh Lord, make me dwell in safety.” I am never alone because God’s angels are watching over me to ensure that my sleep is peaceful and refreshing. I inhale the supernatural peace of God; and I exhale every concern or worry. I place my cares at the feet of my good Shepherd and allow my heart to be still before the Lord. Hallelujah and Amen.

Let this prayer sink into your spirit. Let it wash over you like a gentle river, cleansing your heart, renewing your mind, and restoring your soul. These living Words create an atmosphere where God’s presence dwells. An atmosphere of worship, stillness, and rest. This is a night of a divine encounter with the Lord. Proverbs 3:24, “When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet.” This is God’s will for you. Not another restless night, but a night without fear. All tormenting thoughts are dissolved under the shadow of the Almighty. Declare God’s protection over your sleep. Invite the peace of God to guard your heart and mind. With authority we break every fear, anxiety, and lying spirit that tries to disturb your sleep. We cover your home, your family, and your loved ones under the blood of Jesus. We speak Biblical promises over your body, soul, and spirit. Speak in agreement, even in a whisper. “For the power of life and death is in my tongue and I agree with God’s word, and every lie of the enemy is silenced. Isaiah 26:3 God will keep you in perfect peace because your mind is stayed on Jesus, because you trust Jesus. In obedience we release every thought that does not bring peace. We surrender every care at the feet of Jesus. We believe that tge Son of God is our good shepherd. The weight of stress, worry, anxiety has kept your mind racing, making it difficult to rest. Tonight, we lay it all down. Matthew 11:28 “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” God’s rest is more than just sleep. It’s a deep peace with freedom from anxiety. He assures that as we trust Him in all things, we know we will wake up feeling renewed and strengthened.
