We do love You, Lord Jesus and we pray Holy Spirit works through us to shine our love visibly. Our love for God is more than language, it is more than emotion, it is greater than our private sincerity. Holy Spirit makes our love appear in what we refuse to do, and in what we choose to do. In what He finishes in us as He polishes our rough edges. Love is apparent in what we confess, and in what He corrects in us. What we willingly lay down for the glory of God worling in us.
Holy Spirit help us be love in action. Where in the past love has only been speech, but not yet surrendered, God, purify that. Where we have wanted the comfort of nearness without the cost of aligning with God, Holy Spirit settle that in us. Draw us deeper into the intimacy that is rightly convicted for change to occur. Teach us to see clearly as God knows us. Our obedience to God’s Word grows from a deeper relationship with obedience to the nudges of Holy Spirit.
We don’t want to serve God like a stranger trying to earn favor. We earnestly desire to submit like one who’s already been loved and now longs to answer that love in obedience. Thank You Holy Spirit for renewing us into visible faithfulness. We align our minds and actions with God’s will. For transforming us from mere hearers to doers of the word. We are motivated by love and genuine devotion as we remember our previous wretched, self deceiving hearts. We don’t want faith that applauds wisdom, while remaining unmoved by it. We ask for a heart to trust God enough to move swiftly as He makes His will plain.

God, where we have hidden our reluctance behind uncertainty, Lord, forgive us. Where we have mistaken analysis for surrender, oh God, have mercy on us. Our full comprehension is not the finish line into glory. We seek to love God with our daily yielding to do His will. God, we surrender that old craving to control. It’s often disguised as caution, but God, it’s a deceptive desire to control outcomes. Our FAITH in God is evidenced by the watching world when we obey without fully understanding. Abraham didn’t understand fully, but he obeyed God’s command in Genesis 22. He left his comfort, his family to go to an unknown land. Moses didn’t understand it all, but he obeyed God and went to deliver the children of Israel. Lord, we desire to obey so Father, draw us close as the Holy Spirit humbles us before You. Holy Spirit increase our willingness to do what our Father planned and gifted us to do. Lord, help us make
our Yes be Yes and AMEN.
Father, Your word tells us in Romans 12:2 to be transformed by the renewing of our mind. Lord, we welcome the renewing work as we read holy, active Scriptures. Holy Spirit activate a burning desire within us to not stop at better thoughts alone. Help our renewed mind grow longer legs with obedient outstretched hands. Reorder our priorities as the truth travels through our thinking to reach our choices, our actions, our speech, our habits. God, renew the parts of us that separate conviction from conduct. When we’re convicted, enforce a behavior change in us. God, we don’t want to just admire holiness, but refuse to embrace its demands. Holy Spirit corrct our patterns of comfort to go beyond agreement as You lead us faithfuly in obedience. We desire more than mental illumination, we need the strength of God in our weakness. Help our mind come into alignment with heaven. Reshape the pace of our steps to chase God. Let what our understanding become what we practice before God. Help our inward renewal produce outward faithfulness. Holy Spirit help us, inctease our faithfulness. James 1:22 says, “Be doers of the word and not hearers only.” We receive that as loving truth, not condemnation. God, we often feel moved by what is right and still remain unchanged in practice. Holy Spirit help us agree with needed correction, not just talk about it. We desire to be transformed and more Christlike. Our internal nod is not enough, we ask for radical change. God, save us from the self-deception that causes us to measure our maturity by what we can explain. Holy Spirit allows us to remember or repeat scripture, but we desire full maturity. A transformed heart is the will of our Father and we are ready. Holy Spirit thank You for working God’s grace in us. Father, form in us a life that answers Your word with action. As active scriptures expose our secrets, let us respond with repentance. When Holy Spirit spirit nudges us, let us move. As truth reaches our conscious, let it continue into our choices. We desire to walk in holiness to glorify God. We yield to Holy Spirit to let Him have His way in our deepest parts. In Luke 11:28, God’s blessing rests on those who hear the word of God and keep it. Help us keep our minds on what God is now doing in us and in the world around us. We want God’s word to enter our routines, our speech, our responses, the unseen places where our character is formed. Let what we read in scripture continue beyond our quiet time. Let it show us how to answer irritation. Cause truth to give us the grace to handle waiting. Cause the love of God to change how we steward the extended time He gave us. May we respond with grace to interruption. God, let Your word travel from our hearing to our hands, to our habits, to our motives, and activate our feet. Holy Spirit grow us that You reach more through our increased acts of kindness. Hoky Spirit make us attentive, make us faithful. Make us sincere. In John 14:15, God said, “If you love Me, keep My commandments.” Holy Spirit make that Word settle over our hearts. Mske it touch us with the tender love of God. We don’t want our obedience to be cold compliance. We desire to be love moving outwardly. Cause our devotion to become visible, God.
