KETO Bread


Keto bread a loaf of love!

Toast it, make a sandwich, or croutons! Want to make french toast?  Use this recipe and make 20 slices of heaven!  Go crazy, get creative, make a ham and cheese today!  Eggs, bacon and toast topped with crushed strawberries and butter!   YUMMMMMY !

Ingredients to keep on hand!
  • 1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour – I get mine in Ajijic at La Granera next to Gossips
  • eggs Separated
  • 4 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Braggs Yeast flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Xthan gum
  • 1/4 tsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons Stevia
  1. Preheat oven to 375.  In Mexico 200 C.
  2. Separate ROOM TEMP egg whites from the yolks. Add 1 Tbls heavy whipping cream and beat with hand mixer scraping bowl frequently until soft peaks are achieved.

  3. In stand mixer combine the egg yolks, 1/3 of the beaten egg whites, melted butter, almond flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until combined. This will be a lumpy thick dough until the whites are added.  
  4. Add the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites and gently fold in a low speed. Srape sides by hand to fully incorporated. Be careful NOT to overmix as this is what gives the bread it’s volume!
  5. Spoon mixture into a buttered 8×4 loaf pan. OPTION: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon more of Stevia over the top then bake for 30 minutes. Toothpick check bread is cooked through.  One loaf makes 20 slices.  ENJOY.
