
Keto bread a loaf of love!
Toast it, make a sandwich, or croutons! Want to make french toast? Use this recipe and make 20 slices of heaven! Go crazy, get creative, make a ham and cheese today! Eggs, bacon and toast topped with crushed strawberries and butter! YUMMMMMY !
- 1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour – I get mine in Ajijic at La Granera next to Gossips
- 6 eggs Separated
- 4 tbsp Butter melted
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Braggs Yeast flakes
- 1/2 tsp Xthan gum
- 1/4 tsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons Stevia

Preheat oven to 375. In Mexico 200 C.

Separate ROOM TEMP egg whites from the yolks. Add 1 Tbls heavy whipping cream and beat with hand mixer scraping bowl frequently until soft peaks are achieved.

In stand mixer combine the egg yolks, 1/3 of the beaten egg whites, melted butter, almond flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until combined. This will be a lumpy thick dough until the whites are added.

Add the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites and gently fold in a low speed. Srape sides by hand to fully incorporated. Be careful NOT to overmix as this is what gives the bread it’s volume!

Spoon mixture into a buttered 8×4 loaf pan. OPTION: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon more of Stevia over the top then bake for 30 minutes. Toothpick check bread is cooked through. One loaf makes 20 slices. ENJOY.
