Living around Lake Chapala in Jalisco, Mexico is such an affordable blessing for a Carnivore, at home or eating out! Knowing the waiters want to please, it is so easy to just order exactly what you want. At Tony’s Ribs around the corner I can order a slab of fine cuts of barbecued ribs, pork or beef for $8.00 USD! At the Paris Cafe I order the omelette stuffed with bacon bits and ham, with a beef patty on the side, and a huge cup of cappuccino for $7.00 USD. At the Smoke House I get 1 kilo (2 pounds) of OVERNITE smoked on hickory brisket for $30.00 USD. OMAD and I GLAD!
