Do you seek an exalted state of expectation? Is your hope for the future diminishing? This post is about one divine sentence, one statement of hope for those who overcome fear and worry about things to come! We can all exhale with great astonishment as we read the glory within these words! “He who overcomes [the world through believing that Jesus is the Son of God], I will grant to him [the privilege] to sit beside Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down beside My Father on His throne..” Revelation 3:21 AMP – Regarding this scripture Adam Clark said “What a state of exaltation, dignity and grandeur for the overcoming church! He (the overcoming church) who conquers through Christ Jesus, sits down with Christ upon His throne: But Christ’s throne and the throne of the Father is the same throne! This shows us that the worst of sinners can repent and be an overcomer and attain even to the highest state of glory!

A view of heaven “After this I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven! And the first voice which I had heard, like the sound of a [war] trumpet speaking with me, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things.” At once I was in [special communication with] the Spirit; and behold, a throne stood in heaven, with One seated on the throne. And He who sat there appeared like [the crystalline sparkle of] a jasper stone and [the fiery redness of] a sardius stone, and encircling the throne there was a rainbow that looked like [the color of an] emerald.” Revelation 4
