Give me something simple, quick! Enjoy these yummy biscuits in 20 minutes! No mixer needed just whisk them up. One bowl, make 12 biscuits in your muffin tin! Easy to hack and make garlic flavored dinner rolls, or add some almond chips on the bottom of the pam sprayed tin for a bit of crunch.
Preheat oven 400 F / 200 C – Spray tin with Pam.
A) Mix 4 eggs, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp sour cream, 3 Tbs MCT Oil or Coconut oil in a large bowl.
B) add 1/3 cup coconut flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp Stevia and whisk it good.
C) Fold in 1.5 cups of blueberries, or frozen strawberries (no fruit, add cinnamon)
D) Spoon the lumpy batter into pammed tin. Bake 15 minutes

Almond chips on the bottom with cinnamon and cocoa
NOTE: add almond chips to bottom of tin, add 1 tsp cinnamon to the batter. Perfect for a Barbie tea and biscuit party! 12 biscuits = Protein .83 g per biscuit + 22 calories + Fat 1.78 g + .5 g carb.
