The Light Clearing

Whatever went awry yesterday or in the past, whatever mental mess we created with our poor choices, we are assured by His Spirit that we can confess our fears, doubts and bad choices and begin the day excited about His mercy, forgiveness and boldly walk RIGHT before God. Great is His faithfulness, His love and mercies endure without end. His mercy and grace clears the way, and a new pathway in our brains lights up as we follow the Voice that says “This is the way, walk in it” We choose to THINK and be grateful for the freedom to choose Christ and His way, every day. “Oh Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever!” Psalm 106:1 Thank You Father for Your constant goodness, for You giving us the Holy Spirit, the Eternal Light in this dark world. “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the Light of life.” John 8:12 – We choose to hang on to the Author and Perfecter of our faith, the Anchor of our soul. How? One just like Jesus, the Holy Spirit dwells within us, and we surrender our ways of thinking and responding and choose His.

Without Christ, without His holy presence shining through, there is no positive ending. With the Lord before us, we can THINK of JESUS and FEEL His eternal presence, and CHOOSE His mercy and grace and THINK of whatever is lovely as we count our blessings. We are surrounded by God’s angels no matter where we are. They are behind us, before us, to the right and the left, above and beneath. Everywhere we are, Jesus is and through the dark days, He is our light. No more walking in dark places with only a spot of hope at the end — because as we walk through the valleys, we are blazing with the Light of Jesus! – Oh Lord Jesus, we acknowledge that You, the Light of the world, live in us. Enable us Holy Spirit to recall and remember that You shall never depart from us, that we are secure in You. AMEN

Inaccurately, many people have measured their walk of faith and their value by the beliefs they borrowed from people they had hoped to please.  If parents or anyone else neglected us as we were maturing, or seemed indifferent to us, most people who were disconnected to God —withdrew into self-examination, to only resurface with a strong determination to impress others with the changes they made themselves.  The estimation of our value is not based on what others might see in us. God says “Faith is being sure of what you hope for and certain of what you do not see.” Hebrews 11:1  People who see who we project –cannot see what the Spirit of God is doing inside of us. Allow Jesus to take away your extra baggage. Our burdens are lifted as we trust Him at His Word. Let us strive to please God and not those we admire.  If we choose to look up to those who told us that we’re smart, talented and capable, we might have grown up believing that we can do wrong, that we are superior somehow. If our heroes told us that we are stupid, selfish, or bad, we may have had a hard time overcoming a distorted perception based on our appearance, education, or our performance. The truth is, most people look into mirrors that are distorted, however, if we look into Gods word we see who He says we are, and that we are wonderfully made in His sight. Who shall I seek to please in this life? You guessed it — God Almighty, the King of kings, Jesus. “Your beauty should come from inside you—the beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit. That beauty will never disappear. It is worth very much to God.” 1 Peter 3:4 ERV

PREFACE of “Cleaning up the Mental Mess” by Dr Christine Leaf. This book enhances what the Neurocycle APP starts. It is a workbook that allows you to develop acute awareness in order to make positive changes. “Sadness, anxiety, depression is NOT a sign of a defective brain. Your experience doesn’t need to be validated by a medical label. Mental health struggles are not your identity. They’re normal and need to be addressed, not suppressed, or things will get worse.” Dr. Christian Leaf. More about a Brain Sweep

I know how to do something that nobody else can. My way of thinking is one of a kind. Build a new tree of possibility in your brain. My mind and brain can direct a neuroplasticity in my brain for the benefit of all my loved ones, and all those my thoughts can reach. My mental and physical health are biologically improved as I think of things in a positive new light.

“Having a messy mind is something we all experience. It isn’t something to be ashamed of. As a brain surgeon, researcher, this is my profession. I still have to clean up my mind daily—neurocycling is a lifestyle! The events of life aren’t going anywhere; people make a lot of decisions every day that affect us all, and suffering is inevitable. I believe that although circumstances can’t be controlled, we can control our reactions in every situation.” Dr Leaf
