Baked Onions

Are actually a butter basted, yummy melted side dish to your hamburger patty, steak or pork chop. Having more than one thing on your carnivore/Keto plate keeps us on target as we all crave variety. Keep yourself from getting bored.

Easy and healthy

Slice onion in half, place in muffin pan. Baste with butter or olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake on high, baste, bake 30 minutes till brown. Keep extra on hand in fridge for a quick reheated side.
