Dear Abba Father, blessed Jesus, our HOPE is for a future in eternity with You and all the saints.
     We, as a nation and Your children, humbly kneel before You once again asking for Your forgiveness. Our time on this earth has not been used wisely.

     You have blessed us repeatedly with Your grace and mercy. You have afforded us much time, favor, and protection. You lifted us out of the PIT of self-pity, hopelessness, depression and despair countless times. Foolishly, we choose to listen to the world’s ways, we digest it, then vomit out on others. Forgive us, Father, for our stupid choices and ways. We admit we are totally foolish.

     We Your chosen people,  pay You back for all Your grace with disrespect, disregard, and contempt. Forgive us for taking  God and His promises for granted. We have not placed GOD first, we keep ourselves and our desires above our Creator.  Forgive us.
     We have placed the god of pleasure, self-interest, food, music, sports, and family before GOD. We have replaced reading the Bible with reading social media. We fell away from YOU by forgetting what Your Word says. Our kids and this lost generation ignore the name of Jesus because of our selfish example. The forgiveness that frees our hearts from pain and fear, worry and stress, only comes through our TRUE REPENTANCE.  Forgive us for holding onto grudges, bitterness, and our stubborn unforgiveness. We ask that YOU guide us out of the dark shadows and lead us back into the Light of our true identity in Christ.

    Our prayer cannot be silenced or restricted by any human. We know that Jesus Christ, is our Advocate who intercedes on our behalf. As members of Your Church Body, we seek to honor all the members, regardless of what color, race or building they attend. Forgive us for our division, our ugly pride as we consider ourselves better than others.
     Right is RIGHT and wrong is wrong. Help us to discern with eyes to see what You see, and ears to hear what the Spirit of God is saying. 
     We have turned our eyes away from the poor, the orphaned, the sick, the jailed, and the vulnerable. We no longer care for our elderly in love and kindness. We abandon them. Millions of children trafficked and babies murdered. Forgive us!
     Oh God, forgive our passivity and greed which has broken Your heart! Convict our hearts of all our wrongdoing and bring us back to life again for sin will surely bring spiritual death without repentance.
    Forgive us Lord! Bring  us back to our first LOVE OF JESUS above ourselves. Heal our families and our nation. Protect us from all evil as only You can. Jesus is our only hope…..without Him we will perish.  AMEN ❤️

The sinners prayer is just giving a person a parachute with holes in it —it will NOT get anyone into heaven, nor will it save their an unrepentant soul. The holes in this prayer does allow that soul to have a false sense of safety as they fall into an inferno of flames. The Bible is the best selling book on the planet. Are you born again? Do you continue to lie?  Do liars go to heaven? Have you stolen the reputation of another by slander or gossip? Do thieves go to heaven?  Do you place other gods/idols like music, sports, politics before God Almighty? Are you innocent or guilty? Have you felt grief for your sins enough to stop sinning? Repentance is to turn away from temptation to stay the way that is comfortable and turn back to God and His Word, Ways, and WILL for you personally.
