Perfect Timing

God’s wisdom, timing, and peace guide and direct our lives. He opens doors that no man can shut. God is guiding the timing of all things. Holy Spirit works in us as He arranges the right moments for our path. He goes before us to align our ways to match His.  God is working in His perfect timing to reveal unto us the wisdom in His active Word. Father, we ask for radical discernment. Give us the ability to recognize doors that You open. Your word says in Revelation 3:8. “See, I have set before you an open door and no one can shut it.”

Father, You protect us by closing doors that are not meant for us. Our Helper brings clarity so we are not confused about the times we are living in. Our future in heaven is a promise guaranteed. The Spirit of wisdom is leading us into perfect peace. Father, we thank You for quiet moments of reflection in which wisdom shows up. Psalm 46:10. “Be still and know that I am God.” In stillness of Your presence, that’s where we begin to really understand and clarity arises as we rest in You.

Quiet insight gives us confidence as deep truth is revealed. Holy Spirit brings peace to our hearts, wisdom to our souls, as God’s perfect love fills every place within us. The word says in Isaiah 26:3, “You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You.” Our heavenly Father deals with everything that is lacking in our life that does not represent His peace. In Jesus name, God is calming His beloved as our thoughts align with His. Holy Spirit reveals promises to us. In 2 Peter 1:4, “by which we have been given exceedingly great and precious promises.” His promises are not empty words. His Word is the living truth which guides and strengthen our resolve to trust God. By faith,  we lay claim to all the promises as clarity emerges.
Father, I thank you that you’re aligning the right timing for every season in our life. Holy Spirit directs our steps with perfect wisdom and discernment. He reveals our path to us step by step.

The Holy Spirit is guiding our thoughts into all truth. The promises of God are becoming clear and alive within our hearts. The Lord is ordering our steps and directing our path. Holy Spirit gives us assurance that we belong to God, that we are secure in Him by the blood of the Lamb. Father, we thank You for our salvation and we place all our trust in You.  By faith we know that God is with us.  That Holy Spirit is actively guiding us and instructing us. We no longer wander without purpose but in the direction God has ordered.

This prayer expresses trust in God’s perfect knowledge and asks for clarity, strength, and deliverance from temptation. Father, I ask you keep us from evil.
Lord we depend on Your  strength in our weakness. Deliver us into victory over the daily temptations. Father, we bring You the part of our life that feels guarded. The place where the temptation seems to recognize us too easily. We bring before God the  patterns of weakness that repeat themselves. We lay our inner compromises before our Father who knows all. We speak the secrets outloud and weep. When fatigue weakens our discernment we allowed desire to move faster than wisdom. We lay all of it before God along with the quiet shame that came afterward. Father, we don’t hide, we confess to expose our vulnerable places. We do not defend them, or rename sin, or minimize the struggle. We hold our sins in the lightif God’s holy presence. Knowing and trusting that our Father is not cruel. Jesus did not come to crush us, so we are freed to be honest. We ask for Gods forgiveness and to be healed.  Father, Your word says in Psalm 4:8, “I will both lie down in peace and sleep.” Make us dwell in the security of Your promises.  We cannot force peace into our soul or cause peace in our soul’s by our vigilance. Oh Lord Jesus, we rely on Your grace and mercy. We rest in You. We settle into the atmosphere of peace and bring our most vulnerable parts before God. Father, Psalm 139: 23 declares, “Search me, oh God, and know my heart.” Father, we ask You to look past the surface of our selfish choices to reach our motives.  You know those places we’ve been restless, without even know why. You know what drives our appetites that rise up at times. You see what’s beneath the impulse. You know what causes that craving to be thought of even if we don’t act on it.

God, show us where we’ve allowed private justification to soften our resistance. Holy Spirit expose every inner argument that tells us that one small compromise does not matter. The truth is that every thought matters. Bring us into deeper truth. Help us not to be ruled by things we refuse to examine. Give us precise discernment. God, reveal the openings through which temptation comes to us. Show us the familiar spirits that speak lies. The unholy desires. The quiet self-pity, the inner weariness. Make whatever is in us that makes sin easy to entertain, or to think about. Let us see clearly what we’ve been slow to name. God, we don’t want vague sorrow, we desire accurate sorrow. We need holy clarity. Give us grace to recognize not only the leaf, but the root. We want to see the root of our compromises. God, expose it, reveal it. But reveal it to heal it. Show it to remove it. Make us aware that we can lay it before you and you can deal with it. Father, we want to know the truth about our inner life. So we can stop treating symptoms while deeper places remain unchecked. Holy Spirit, help in our deepest struggles.

If people set a snare for us, cause us to avoid it. There’s a trap set for us, deliver us from it. Father, we trust that You see where we can’t see. Even the darkness is light to You. Perform Your Word in our life. Our Father does not lie, His Son does not speak a Word and not complete it. God, does not fasten our soul to a dead end vision. He means what He says and says what He means. We rest in that assurance. 2 Corinthians 5:7 says, “we walk by faith, not by sight.” We therefore put our faith in God’s plan. We put our faith in His timeline. We put our faith in His  guiding Word and follow His instruction.  God is always working. We trust Him with our future. We trust Holy Spirit to let wisdom flow like a river. In James 3: 17, “the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and of good fruits.” God’s wisdom
does not create confusion. It brings calm. It’s gentle, and steady and we surrender to  heavenly wisdom. We settle into the comfort of divine wisdom. The wisdom that keeps working while we rest. Psalm 121:4, “behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.”
God never grows tired.

Thank you for aligning things tonight. Thank you for moving. Thank you for preparing a way even as we rest. We rest, you work. Often times when we work, you rest. You want us to trust you. You want us to do what we can. But God, you honor those who trust in you. So thank you for working even while we rest. Watching over us even as we rest. Ordering our steps even as we rest. Delighting in us even as we rest.

God, I’m so thankful that you’re not flippant. That you don’t change on a dime. That you’re consistent.

I’m grateful tonight.

Thank you, Father.

We don’t need to see the future. You hold the future.

That’s why you told us God not to worry about anything past today.

Tomorrow will take care of the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

So Father, we speak these declarations over your beloved tonight. We declare the Lord is guiding every step of your life. The spirit of wisdom is directing your path with clarity and peace.

Speak confidence over your heart as God leads you forward.

The spirit of the Lord is instructing you in the way that you should go.

Divine wisdom is shaping your decisions and your direction. Your future is secure.

May you walk by faith and not by sight.

May the wisdom from above bring peace and clarity into your life. May your future surprise you by how fruitful it is. The spirit of wisdom and revelation is your portion.

Trust in it. Rest in it. Settle in it. In Jesus name.

Father, tonight we remember that you know all things.

Nothing about our lives is hidden from you.

Your word says in Psalm 139 verses 1-3.

Oh Lord, you have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You understand my thought a far off. You comprehend my path and my lying down.

God, what a comfort.

You know every detail of our life.

Beloved, he knows. He saw. He was there. He understands. He saw the evil. He saw the plots. He saw the plans.

And he’s working to redeem and make everything right. He’s healing. He’s restoring. He knows.

You know the questions that sit quietly in our heart, God. You know the decisions that we’re walking through.

You have perfect knowledge. What do we have to stress about? Why should we strive?

You have perfect knowledge. There’s nothing you don’t understand. There’s nothing you cannot solve. There’s nothing you cannot do.

That should bring us peace. That should cause us to rest.

You have the angels of heaven at your disposal. You have the prayers of the saints that you can answer.

Oh Father, deliver us from striving, from stressing.

Bring us into trust.

Your perfect knowledge should garner our soul. Should anchor our emotions.

You understand our life over and over deeper than we ever could. Thank you, Father, we rest in that. Now Father, we pray that we have renewed clarity in the morning. We know that every morning there are new mercies waiting for us.

Let it show up in the form of clarity.

In this hour, God, we need wisdom to get ahead. Wisdom to produce. Wisdom for witty inventions. Wisdom for ideas.

Wisdom to what we should do and what we shouldn’t do. Somebody needs wisdom as to what to do with a wayward son.

Give them wisdom.

Wisdom as to what to do in their marriage.

Give them wisdom.

Wisdom as to what to do for their health. Should they listen to the doctor? Should they seek an alternative means? Should they get a second opinion?

Give us wisdom tonight. Give us clarity tonight.

How can this debt be paid off?

What should be done about the trouble at work?

How does your beloved handle the boss who’s always breathing down their neck, taking out their personal issues on the employees.

God, give wisdom tonight. God, you said in Romans 8 verse 14, for as many as are led by the spirit of God, these are the sons of God. Lord, may the life of your beloved experience that leading.

May nothing be coincidental or accidental and may they know it.

Not for those who belong to you. Lord, we thank you that you’re redemptive with everything. You said in Romans 8 verse 28, but we know that all things work together for good to those who love the Lord and those who are called according to his purpose.

So you will show us the way.

Your word says in Proverbs 16 verse9, a man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps.

Even when we make plans, you still direct our steps.

How faithful you are. How comforting that is. How true that is.

Thank you that when we lift our foot, you make sure we put it down in the right place. You’re the glory and the lifter of our head. Beloved, thank you for trusting in the Lord who understands every detail of your life. Thank you for understanding that God’s perfect knowledge surrounds your path tonight. I speak peace over your mind as you rest.

I believe fresh clarity is waiting for you in the morning.

Wisdom is aligning your thoughts.

The Holy Spirit is gently leading you forward step by step. The wisdom of heaven is shaping the journey ahead of you.

Divine understanding is growing within your heart. The Lord is revealing the right steps for your future. I declare the spirit of God is bringing calm, confidence to your heart.

I declare that wisdom and revelation will continue to guide you even as you sleep.

In Jesus mighty name.

Father, we
