Our Father’s will and great pleasure is to give us all that we need! People that make us laugh, people gifted to sing, dance, and folks that play the piano, violin, drums, all for our pleasure. The fullness of life includes laughing with others. An emotion we get to experience in heaven, eternally. Sarah said, “God has made laughter for me; everyone who hears will laugh over me.” Genesis 21:6 God made laughter for you and me too! Especially as we age, the gift of laughter is a welcome blessing!

People can get stuck in fear, not knowing the will of God. Alas, His Word tells us His clear will. Our TRUST in God’s ability to fully SATISFY our deepest desires with absolute contentment — such trust brings our Father happy pleasure. The splendor of His glorious presence is to be sought, grasped, and seen as a daily gift. Our steps are ordered by God, and we are wise to not sneer at our past, or worry about the future.

David danced before the Lord and our time to twirl before our Lord will occur in a twinkling! If we could not dance, or sing, or play and instrument, we shall all be changed in an instant — and by His power, we shall delight to do things we have never done before! We trust that our Father knows the dreams we never were able to experience on earth. But this corruptible life is not all there is! We shall be totally loosed from what bound us on earth, eternally

Life is so daily, and so extremely grand, to sit with TRUTH, to simply be still and KNOW that GOD is wherever we are, WOW!  Never departing, ever listening, be not afraid, but be encouraged by the bluebird who sings after the wind tore down its nest. Our attitude as we walk behind the few exalted moments, expands our perspective so that we see clearly and gain the courage to walk shielded from the arrows. By His grace we are sympathetic to the constant annoyance of good people behaving badly. Our character is developed as we deny our individualism to throw a tantrum. With dignity we submit to the steadfast, Holy Spirit who is ever leading us closer to Christ. We do the best good as we walk by faith in Him, not by the sights of them. His fabulous Fatherly advice– ever encourages our very best.

We are surrounded by God’s angels, and with smiling faces, we greet angels unaware here on earth. Think back and rejoice over all those who made you laugh until tears flowed! With vivid joy we can recall the moment, but not the content! Hilarious as it is, we burst into giggles without a single reason! Who has made such joy even possible? Yes, it was the very Spirit of God that gave way to gasping laughter! Who would ever consciously choose to reverse His gift of such effervescent joy? ❤️ By His Spirit, here I am Lord and He sent me to Mexico. All it took was for me to unwrap His gift of faith and pack up my unprepared willingness. Without worry or mastery of the language, my lesson was to trust His absolute sufficiency.  Abiding in His Spirit, not my ability, or my understanding, my Lord delights to use my cracked pot, His yielded vessel — to leak out His light and grace.

In the quiet valleys, we are His servants, and the entire mountaintop belongs to it’s Creator. We are not unknown, but chosen by God, and magnificently equipped. Surrendered to the Truth and His mission, through our self sacrifice, we bless God by our cheerful faith in His plan. Our everyday purpose is to issue mercy and walk humbly with our God. We bend our knee at the many Gethsamane rocks that life on earth tosses at us. We cry out and our Father lifts our countenance with unforgettable compassion. David’s songs sooth our common aches. Paul’s letters lift our spirit, just as God planned, and had penned for our benefit. The tender mercies we receive daily had a great cost to reach all seeking souls. We cling to our blessed hope and we know God’s faithfulness is our guarantee for the promise of eternal joy in His stunning, brilliant presence.

Our silent witness of joy in the misdst of crisis is most impressive to those caught up in the snarl of noise. He draws people to us who ask, “How are you so composed, knowing that war looms?” To this we can testify, that we war not against flesh and blood, but we decimate darkness with the Light of God within!” With the Spirit of God in us, whom shall we fear? We fear no human, only the God who rescued us from the sly trickster who only seeks to deceive, kill and destroy our faith in God!

Believers will suffer health and emotional issues. At times God answers prayer with an instant healing, and for others, perfect healing comes when they are absent from the body and present with the Lord. Heaven is our eternal home, so for a little while we choose to suffer well for His glory. Our Father allowed His Son to suffer, and until we get to heaven, God instructs us to renew our minds, and to not conform to current popular ways of a fallen society.

Our Father puts words in our mouth just as we wait upon Him for the exact words the Spirit would have us speak. His faithfulness is proven over and over again. We trust in the Lord, and we wisely submit to Him —as we definitely do not lean not on our own understanding. 1 Peter 3:15-17 “But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be PREPARED to give an ANSWER to everyone who ASKS YOU to give the REASON for the HOPE that you have. But do this with GENTLENESS and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander.For it is better, if it is God’s will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.

Both the Old and New Testaments show ample examples of obedience and self indulgence. Choose wisely and travel the  narrow Roman road. God is loving, joyful, patient, merciful, and full of grace as we authentically anticipate eternal life with God in His glorious kingdom. Regardless of my circumstances, today I choose to rest in my Father’s mighty hands. I’m content not accidentally, but by choice. Being content, satisfied, without fear is a choice, not an odd occurrence. Joy comes in the morning, not as a result of a song, or a vacation. Our God holds the universe in place, and He never loses sight of us. We choose to live in Him and for Him on good days and during hard times. The fullest life is a body, soul and mind that remains steady by His promises. We believe in the unseen because of what our Father has done in us.  We know His goodness never takes a vacation. He is ever faithful and trustworthy. We know that we are here for a short while, and this world is not our home. We choose to live life — not squander it. Our Father does wants us to enjoy His abundant grace. We choose to laugh at the days that the spiritually blind cannot understand. The Holy Spirit gives us understanding and He leads us into all wisdom. Yes, Praise God!

To OBEY is BETTER than sacrifice, and to HEED is better than to disobey. John 14:15 “If you love ME, keep MY commands.” ❤️ James 1:22 “Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.” ❤️ Matthew 7:21 “Not everyone who says to ME, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of MY Father who is in heaven.” ❤️ Deuteronomy 5:33  “Walk in obedience to all that the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may LIVE and prosper and PROLONG your days in the land that you will possess.” Eternity in heaven is the promised land we get to possess! Hallelujah!

Our heavenly Father gives us the awesome gift of faith so that we shine His light and hope in the midst of ongoing disaster.  He pleads with us to HOLD ON with unswerving FAITH, to not turn to the left, or be swayed by the right. WHY? So that no one will take your crown. Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit said to the churches. God knows that are faith in Him can fade and become lukewarm. “You are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other!” Fire up your faith by listening to testimonies. Remember who you once were? Lost, empty, broken, unsatisfied, bereft of hope questioning, “Is this is all there is to life?” How has His presence changed you?

HANG OUT with other BELIEVERS. DO NOT MIX your FAITH with  WORLD ideas, views, patterns. Demas a companion of the Apostle Paul.

1. Colossians 4:14 – Demas is mentioned as one of the fellow workers with Paul: “Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas greet you.”

2. Philemon 1:24 – Demas is again referred to as a fellow worker.”

3. 2 Timothy 4:10 – This verse provides a more somber note, indicating that Demas had forsaken Jesus: “For Demas, having loved this present world, has deserted me and gone to Thessalonica.”

Read the Psalms, Be deeply satisfied. Study the Holy Scriptures and come to know God. 1 John 2:20 “But you have an ANOINTING from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth.”
