KETO Salsa

Writing is dancing with words…while adding salsa to a meal is like a titillating tango with delicious veggie verbs…taste buds explode and dance a sultry waltz, one hot rumble leaves you with wanting more….Keto cooking is pure passion at play, make it FUN !!!  Keep a container full of this in the fridge and add it to your eggs, tacos, chicken, or use it as a dip for your bacon rinds. The basic recipe is subject to change according to the amount of spice you want to add to your KETO life!


Ingredients to shop for:

  1. Tomatoes – 3 cups diced
  2. Green pepper – 1/2 cup diced
  3. Cilantro – 1/4 cup minced
  4. Lime – squeeze 2 tablespoons
  5. Jalapeno – 4 tablespoons diced
  6. Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Sea Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
