All you need is 2 minutes to bake up a fresh almond scone for your tea! OK, it does not look like a scone, but your taste buds will delight in the crunch of almond!
SIMPLE INGREDIENTS
One pat of real butter + 1/4 tsp baking powder + 2 tsp coconut flour + 1 tsp almond flour + one egg + 1 tbl vanilla flavor + 2 tsp almond flakes + 1/2 tsp Stevia (sweetener of choice)
EVERY NON-COOK can do this!
- melt butter in a mug in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Add rest of the ingredients to mug and stir
- Place mug back in microwave and nuke it for 90 seconds
- Slice in half, put butter on top
Home Made Jam for Bagels
FIRST: Warm 1 large tablespoon of Philadelphia cream cheese in microwave for 5 seconds.
SECOND: Cut up a large strawberry into itty pieces and smash into warmed cream cheese.
THIRD: Smear on top of a toasted KETO Bagel or KETO cup bread
