How do I form a superior opinion over God’s will and word? In my opinion making process did I examine, or seek to ascertain what the Lord says or thinks? Were my personal opinions based on what the airwaves were reporting? Or were my opinions based on what God was reporting to my spirit? Today most humans gather opinions written or spoken by a voice on TV, social media or in the papers.  WARNING: Our MOB collected opinions help form OUR beliefs. Those passionate beliefs (not based on Truth) escalate into the dangerous CONVICTION that they are right and all others are wrong.  Pride comes before the fall. Lord help me embrace the Truth as You reveal it. “When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.” Proverbs 11:2 “For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world.” 1 John 2:16 REMEMBER that the Deceiver’s scheme is that we call any ‘good deed’ evil and the ‘current evil’ good.  The Prince over the airwaves is NOT God. What voice am I listening to? Lord Jesus correct my opinions to reflect Yours.  Re-establish my beliefs based on Your living Hope to redeem all of mankind. Lord convict me whenever thoughts of hate, disgust or any self-made righteous indignation occurs in me. My heart and mind are open to the Holy Spirit, for His conviction, for His instruction, and for the Holy Spirit’s leading. The division in the world today is not caused by God. Racism, elitism, political beliefs, religious beliefs are formed by borrowing the beliefs of people who agree with us, from our parents, and from what station we tune into. Tune into the blessings of God in the story of Jacob. The United States has had both Democrat and Republican leaders. Mexico has had PRI and PAN leaders and yet in both countries, the people remain disconnected from the Source of all good, and from the Truth as they divide and hate all those who do NOT think like they do.  Is the USA or Mexico better off in 2018 as they were in 1970?  Did the corruption in world governments happen overnight? Before you jump to any conclusions, consider IF there has been a steady decline brought on by people seeking popularity, to get the vote, or glory for themselves? Lord enable us to discern the Leviathan spirit in ourselves and in others.  Remind us to NOT engage the angry convictions displayed. We humble ourselves before You. We willingly step away from a battle between convictions, and ask that You Lord give us a blessed assurance that God is in control. Psalm 56:5  “All day long they twist my words; all their schemes are for my ruin.” Reconnaissance is a military term that means we observe, and discern what is operating in the territory God has placed us in. With the help of the Holy Spirit we aptly discern the enemy at work. People are quick to confuse and despise our God confidence as arrogance, however, it is never arrogant to KNOW that Jesus is on the throne, and through Him we got the victory! Let us praise Him and declare Jesus Lord of all, over all. Hallelujah!   “Do you think that I came here to give peace to the earth? No, I tell you, but rather division!
