A new year, a new day, a new moment all heralded by God! Our Father’s hope is that we all take advantage of His wisdom, His word, His ways in 2022. On the first day of this new year, we sit amazed at the orange blossoms, the birds of paradise singing, the glistening, radiantly adorned hummingbirds gathering nectar, the brilliant colors of the morning glory, the deep shades of a green carpet of grass with fresh dew atop that sparkles like diamonds in the sun. We witness new growth and remain ever astonished by God’s constant way of washing our minds by simply sitting still and knowing He is God, the Creator of all that is pure, and lovely to behold. Gazing into a pool of living water, we listen as the water gushes up from our fountain as it splashes and cleanses every thought that is not of God. Take time to marvel at all He provides to nourish your beloved soul. In 2021 we were blessed immensely I praise God for all three hospital experiences and the 4 Cardiologists that it took to get the right diagnosis. I also praise God for the faith of my husband and the faith of doctor Erik who laid his hands on me and with authority prayed “I command that all your organs function as God designed!” In Jesus Holy Name, AMEN
“So we make it our goal to please Him, whether we are at home in the body or away from it. For we must all appear before the judgement seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.” 2 Corinthians 5:09-10 NIV Pastor Jack Hibbs gives us the good news each week, but this was His message welcoming the church into 2022. “Is you life prophetic?” Is your name in the Lamb’s book of Life? It is a very important question to ask and Jack explains why. “And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of Life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books.” Revelation 20:12 NIV “You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked; you have blotted out their name for ever and ever.” Psalm 9:5 NIV
FAITH is listed 458 times in the NIV Bible. We are warned by our Father that people and governments will disappoint us, but our Abba Father never does. Paul, who was the transformed by Jesus from Saul, the angry intellectual who murdered Christians, after his miraculous conversion basically said that his determined purpose is to be work for to preserve the name of Jesus and do his best for God’s honor and glory. To reach that level of determination is a matter of a persons surrendered will. It is not up to us to debate the words of God, our purpose is to honor the One who forgave us with pure obedience. It is obtainable only through our absolute and irrevocable surrender to His will be done, not ours. Our Father knows if we are pretending to please Him with ZERO cost or sacrifice of our preferences over His will. To be ashamed of nothing requires us all to shut out every doubt or concern of what others may think of us by our obedience to God’s word.” In 2021 we all faced a unique crisis, hopefully God got your attention. My heart quaked, and I was stilled in His holy Presence while laying in three different hospitals. We are wise to abstain completely from all other voices of this world so that we can please our Father.

The determination to seek Him with all of our hearts will place us in the midst of His Holy plan, but not without sacrifice. We choose to follow God’s will, usually after a crisis develops in this life. God said “Do you think I came to bring peace on earth? No, I tell you, but division. From now on there will be five in one family divided against each other, three against two and two against three. They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.” Luke 12:51-53 NIV This happens because we tend to be unresponsive to God’s gentler nudges. He brings us to the place where He asks us to be and dedicate our utmost best for Him, regardless of rejections or pain. Our Father disciplines those He loves by allowing a crisis to occur which brings us back to His Word, His counsel, His Way, His wisdom. We then decide— IF we are for or against God. If a crisis has come to you on any front, surrender your will to Jesus absolutely and irrevocably.” Today determine to enjoy the holy Presence of God. Unplug from the world and its woes. In the end we win eternal life with our star breathing God.

Amazing pictures and just enjoying the quiet and beauty today. Fresh air and blue skies. Hummingbirds and other unknown birds, herons and pelicans …all are peaceful.2022 rides in giving me glimpses of a future when the world will be perfectly restored.
