By guarding our hearts, we protect ourselves from great folly. Today’s messsge was entitled “Don’t Lose the Glory.”
The glory of God is what our Father displays to all who seek Him. The Sun, Moon, Stars, and the Ocean all speak of His Majesty. Moses dared ask God “Show me Thy glory”. For those who have been saved, we have been sealed by His glory and we are to treasure it. Be aware of 4 things that can cause spiritual blindness. Do not lose sight of God’s glory.
⚠️ 1) Lack of discernment. A priest named Eli lacked discernment when he mocked Hannah for crying out to God. Eli accused her of being drunk. Like many current pastors, Eli led his people astray by his blind judgement. Eli thought his way was fine, but it lead to death. Proverbs 14:12 To live by on our own selfish opinion or understanding dismisses the law of God.
⚠️ 2) Lack of knowledge. The sons of Eli apparently were untrained. They lacked the knowledge of God. They had zero fear of God. Without careful study and application of the Scriptures, we lack any useful knowledge.
⚠️ 3) Lack of holiness. We break Gods covenant when we don’t keep His Word. Eli’s sons defiled the temple with unholy acts that were known by the entire city and they caused others to fall.
⚠️ 4) Lack of intercessory prayer. Eli did not intercede in prayer for his family. The DISASTROUS end of Eli and his sons is recorded in 1 Samuel chapter 4. The ARK was stolen, Eli and his sons died, and the citizens fell into captivity. We must look for God’s glory daily and stand firm. Seek discernment, knowledge, holiness, and pray! Intercession could have saved thousands.
“Teach me, Lord, the meaning of Your statutes, and I will always keep them. Help me to understand Your instruction, and I will obey it and follow it with all my heart. Help me stay on the path of Your commands, for I take pleasure in it. Turn my heart to Your decrees and not to material gain. Turn my eyes from looking at what is worthless; give me life in Your ways. Confirm what You said to Your servant,, for it produces reverence for You.” Psalm 119:33-38. AMEN ❤️ The Cost of Oil
Living Abroad 
Deliverance, baptisms, and healing! God is moving. Testimony: “After 20 years of battling cancer, the doctor said, “Throw all meds out!” ❤️ God delayed the healing just like the woman with an issue of blood — but He did not deny my mom a complete healing! No more cancer!” Keep believing, keep interceding, stay strong. AMEN ❤️ 🙏 A mother’s prayers are heard. After 30 years of praying, my son was baptized in this church, 3 months later Jesus called Jason home. 🙏 PRAY for your deceived relatives, never give up. He gave us power to heal, to cast out demons, and to honor His sacrifice by our obedience to intercede for those we love. ❤️ Jason is now running in wide open spaces.
