All glory to God! “Ten unfaithful spies and the 2 faithful spies saw the same things. The two spies came back singing in faith. It wasn’t their experiences that made the difference – ALL twelve spies had the same experience. It was FAITH in GOD that made the difference. Our faith is a gift, it does not come from circumstances, but from our heart – specifically, from the work of God’s word in our heart. We cannot blame unbelief on the difficult times in life. One story that illustrates the principle of faith. Two sons had a terrible, alcoholic father, but the sons grew up totally different. One was a godly man, successful in life. The other became an abusive alcoholic just as his father was. When asked why they turned out the way they did, the alcoholic said “With a dad like mine, how could I have turned out any differently?” The faith filled adult said “My heavenly Father showed me His way, and I am turning out according to His plan for me.” David Guzik

A Bible Study by our Pastor here in Mexico. Pastor Gary Neighbor. “Following the voice of False Prophets can be FATAL.” During old testament times, with zero Holy Spirit in His people, God chose who he would use to speak. False prophets of the day were paid by the monarchy. Jeremiah was the instrument that God chose to warn His people. False prophets were not stoned or killed because they spoke what the people wanted to hear. In Jeremiah’s day, just like today, false prophets will be judged for misleading people in His name. God will also hold accountable His people who follow false teaching as they do not rightly discern His Word. God Almighty told Jeremiah to NOT pray for the well-being of this people because it was too late. GOOD NEWS is in these New Testament days, it is NOT too late for people to turn back to God and repent. Jeremiah 14:3 “The nobles send their servants for water” The haughty ones sent the nobodies to fetch water for the thirsty. Just like the Feast of Tabernacles, God levels His field of servants – all must remember the WHY the Israelites spent 40 years in the desert and sleep in tents. The Holy Spirit is moving, be humbled, receive God’s offering, repent and turn back to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Abide in Him and He abides in us. AMEN
