  2. My wife is doing great on all meat. Her taste for sweets or carbs is gone. Zero fruit or vegetables and her digestive system has improved. Her weight 😍 to me has always been perfect.

I generally drink a gallon or more of water a day, and usually feel best with more. If you’re getting thirsty, just drink more water. Electrolytes are counterproductive. Adding electrolytes and more salt will increase your body’s demand for water and increase your thirst. Most people don’t need electrolytes, if they do, they need very little and only for a short period of time.”
