The horn is blowing “ALL ABOARD” Sing along with the “Impressions” — ” People get ready there’s a train a comin, you don’t need no baggage, you just get onboard. All you need is faith to hear the Spirit calling…you don’t need no ticket…you just thank the Lord.”  The truth is that we are OVERCOMERS in Christ. We get to choose to make our time of prayer fun! A new Year, and a New Decision to be healthy is an invitation for the Enemy to flood us with temptations. We got a prayer for that! Eating Disorders

Prayer is simply a conversation with the One who loves us and wants the best for us.  Our Father is always listening….He guides us through the open door He opens for us to walk through! We are NOT alone, ever!

The One who loves us and provides for all our needs is waiting  Go ahead and squeal with glee, knowing that our Father is thrilled to help us with the desires of our hearts! Be still and chill in His Presence.  Invite Him to invade your soul!  Ask the Holy Spirit to dominate your thinking.  Ask Him to keep your mind on things above! Ask Him to help you make healthy choices in 2024 as He wants to give you MORE!

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, declares the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:8-9 Does my face reflect the Joy that abides inside? Have I treated my body as a holy container of the Presence of God? Whose voice have I been listening to when I make choices that do not serve the Lord? Whatever we feed our soul should be lovely, true, noble and decent.  As we apply Truth to our ‘thought diet’ with integrity we feed our body the fuel it needs to strengthen us. We need the energy to fight that battles ahead. Patient endurance requires a mind that can focus and if we add SUGAR to our diet on a regular basis, we will be scattered, not focused. Lord, help us.

“Look, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him. even those who pierced Him; and all the people of the earth will mourn because of Him. So shall it be~ AMEN.” Revelation 1:7 NKJV Let us prepare to not mourn our choices, but to celebrate the Christ in us, His hope for glory! Let us spread our smile like an infectious virus that gives LIFE! Holy Spirit, convict us, show us, cleanse us, purify us of all unrighteousness! The TRUTH sets us FREE to REJOICE in the miraculous power we have “in Him”. Listen to your thoughts, and catch any grumbling. Cast it down with genuine praise for ALL His ways! The JOY He gives is not dependent upon our circumstance, AMEN. Think of Paul in a dreary, dark, stinking prison — praising God! — the jailer wanted what Paul had!

“In this way I will test them and see whether they will follow My instructions.” Exodus 16:4 Be aware of how you respond to the test, the trial, the temptation, and the ensuing lethargy. Make a decision to choose what we know to do, what we know is best and right for the temple of the Lord. Ask the Holy Spirit for courage and strength to do whatever He asks you to d. In Jesus name, COMMAND the accusing spirit, and any foul spirit that comes to tempt you to be gone! Do not lie to yourself, it is NOT up to anything outside of us, but it is up to us — to police our stinking thinking! We MUST determine to trust the voice of our Shepherd and obey. How has living life your way built of your strength, your hope and your strength to be a blessing, to be a witness of God’s goodness? Look for the lesson in your disobedience and choose to deny yourself and live a life that honors God. We are in God’s boot camp and we invite the Holy Spirit to discipline us as His soldiers.

Ask the Holy Spirit to give you direction moment by moment and trust that He will. When our faith is tested — the experience will always sharpen our connection and commitment to Christ.  We keep believing and trusting that — in the unseen battle — we win.  God said it, therefore we proclaim it, because we believe it. We are His certain victory,  but not without a fight.

God takes care of those who take care of themselves. We suffer the consequences for our choices and then we plead with God to heal us. Our Father expects us to make healthy choices of thinking and eating. It is beyond naïve; it is unbiblical and selfish for us to expect God to fix those who know what to do and choose not to do it. The compassionate truth is that we are responsible to yield ourselves, to deny our flesh and do the right thing. God has been pushed from the believer’s heart by strongholds of pride, materialism, humanism, and selfish pleasure. God has been expelled from all health organizations, schools, government, and the marketplace. The ability to deny the blatant depravity is gone!

All our ways includes what we choose to read and to digest. In all our ways, we must choose to honor the Holy Spirit who resides in us by the thoughts we hold and the food we eat. In all your ways, do you acknowledge He who abides in you? When we choose to acknowledge Him, and ask Him where we should go, what we should say, and what we should eat, THEN —- He will direct our paths and make them straight.  ❤️ Our part is to surrender, and His part is to direct. AMEN

The Lord says “whatever eat or drink” matters to Him. For those who desire to be obedient to God, that Scripture should be very convicting. ”Whatever we CHOOSE to DO” are we choosing to glorify God or to satisfy our selfish nature? The Lord made a huge sacrifice to save us. He denied Himself the pleasure of remaining in heaven to come down to earth and be rejected, beaten and live in a tent without all the comforts of home. He did this to take away our deserved punishment. Our Father continues to work on our behalf, with our bold declaration, by the authority He gave us, He turns back our enemy. The Lord, the King of kings, the Mighty Warrior who saves takes great delight in us. “He rejoices over us with singing.” Zephaniah 3:17

CONFESSION TIME:  “If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.” 1 John 1:8  Admitting our propensity to disobey, doubt, lie, exaggerate or lose faith, does not shock our Father.  He is faithful and just to forgive our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. Let us choose to live in His way, with choices in 2024, that cause people to notice a change in us. Let us decide in advance to glow with His fire so that we bring our Father great glory. Let us shut down the Liar with the Truth! 

“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all…..Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.  Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice.” 

Choose the TRUTH not the lie. Bottom line…Ask the Holy Spirit to enable you to be a blessing. Keep your mind fixed on Jesus, on whatever is lovely! Rejoice always, go ahead and be childlike and giggle as you remain aware of He who is in you is greater than the liar, the tempter, the thief! Lights on, lights off Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Yes, when we are obedient to capture every thought… “We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”

Satan has no intention of letting up in his relentless assault on America, but the remnant is also relentlessly believing as they pray and we are winning more souls. Transformed Teens are rising up and worshipping in spirit. 85-year-old veteran warriors are storming the throne of grace, Calebs are picking up their swords, Elijahs are now challenging the prophets of Baal.  Mega-church pastors have traded their innovative performances for the power of Holy Spirit.  Thousands of starving followers have decided against shallow sermons as they seek pulpits of the entire Word of God.  Fed-up moms, dads, soldiers, business people and patriots – ALL have decided to confront and replace power hungry politicians.
