As He walks with me, and He talks with me, and He tells me I am His own — I sing a song and stroll along with Jesus all day long. In His garden of Eden, I am fully equipped to instantly know whatever I ask Him! Keeping Him close, He is “in me” — Wherever I go, He says I am there. Lord, I sing, I just want to please You. 

I treasure Who is in me. I keep seeking His Way. I keep knocking on the trunk of the Tree of Life in His garden. Picture the trunks of the massive olive trees in the garden of Gethsemane. Imagine as you walk by, they whisper the recorded prayers of Yeshua!

Oh Lord, walking in eternity with You, what will my spirit  experience?  Gladly I cup my ear to be taught by the Holy Spirit. Laying aside all my crowns of knowledge, I listen for my Teacher, and He answers all the questions that stir within.  

Truth remains, the curtain was torn, so I  have direct access to Jesus. My three parts, body, soul, spirit are all His.  In my thinking nature of soul, words of doubt stir emotions. Praise be to He who abides, He taught me to walk in the Spirit, NOT my feelings. God knit me together in my mother’s womb — to indwell me with His Spirit and purpose. My choice is to  simply surrender and trust.

My body is His temple and the resident Holy Spirit, takes me on a tour of His higher perspective. I choose to not lean on my understanding. “Knock and He opens doors.” Not my will, but His be done. AMEN

The word Gethsemane means “oil press,” and the garden is home to a collection of 23 olive trees. The oldest tree in the garden has been carbon dated to 1092.  Oh, the Ancient of Days invites us to walk and talk with Him in the garden of our mind of Christ.

October 3, 2024, the Jewish calendar will enter the year 5785.  The beginning of the Jewish New Year.  The start of the Days of AWE! A time for deep reflection and repentance. It leads a soul into Yom Kippur. Rosh Hashanah is considered the anniversary of the creation of Adam and Eve. A time for  spiritual renewal. Rosh Hashanah kicks off the 10 Days of Awe. This is a sacred time for reflection on the past year and for our personal commitment to be His bright light and walk and talk our Hope in Him.

God’s mercy is fresh each day. Through repentance, we dump the trash, and embrace His promises.  Our  obedience shows respect for the holy God we serve. The Spirit removes anything that hinders us from walking in the Spirit. The 10 Days of Awe culminate with Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. A day to remember the incredible price Jesus paid for our sins. It’s a time to be deeply grateful that He became our sacrifice, granting us 24/7 access to the Father and the assurance that we walk in His resurrection power. We remain in the decade of the “pey” the decade of the mouth, decide to be mindful

Of each word you declare. The Bible emphasizes the power of speech.  In Genesis 1:3, God said, “Let there be light,” and light came into existence. God has given us that same authority. Speak light into any darkness in your life and the lives of others. Declare, “Let there be light,” and trust in the power of your words! For “life and death” are in the power of the tongue ! Speak Life!
