Christmas in Us

Holy Spirit is in us, and He is our Father’s hope for glory on earth as it is in heaven. As we submit our plan to His, we do our best to walk and talk worthy. Through the ages, God’s Ways have not been our preference. We learn valuable lessons from history. Once upon a time, the weak in faith voiced their ungrateful complaints when Jesus said, “I am the Bread of Life.” Alas, the same manna still provides all we need today. Jesus commanded, “Do not murmur! Nobody can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws them. I will raise them up at the last day. It was written by the prophets. “And they shall all be taught by God.” John 6:41-51 The Holy Spirit is the Teacher of those with ears to hear and obey. Be still and listen to what the Spirit is now saying. “Most assuredly I say to you, whoever  BELIEVES in Me has everlasting life. The slaves who walked through the parted sea ate manna and died. The Bread of life came down from heaven, that we may eat of it and not die. Be satisfied, content, changed, nourished, strengthened, and used as an instrument for God’s glory! Stay in daily contact, fill up your mind and heart with the living Word of God and remain steadfast in the midst of the shaking that is to come. Every Word we speak has tremendous power! We choose to bless with our words, or we curse ourselves and others by the words we speak. When we speak words of life, the Spirit goes forth and does not return void. The power of our tongue cannot be tamed without the Helper.

Colossians 3 “Since you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” God’s FAVOR was spoken over us. James 3:9-10 “With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be.” Yes, Lord! “If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. Love is patient and kind. It does NOT envy or boast. It is NOT proud and it does NOT dishonor others.  Love is NOT self-seeking, and it is NOT easily angered. Love keeps no record of wrongs. Love does NOT delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, trusts, hopes, and ever perseveres. Love NEVER fails!” 1 Corin 13 “My God is the Father to the fatherless, a defender of widows— God places the lonely in families; He sets the prisoners free and gives them JOY.  O God, when you led your people out, when You marched through the dry wasteland, the earth trembled, and the heavens poured down rain. You sent abundant rain, O God, to refresh the weary land.  Your people finally settled, and with a bountiful harvest. You provided for Your needy people. The Lord gives the Word, and a great army brings the good news.” Ps 68

“You have been raised with Christ, set your HEARTS on things ABOVE, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your MINDS on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. Therefore, as God’s CHOSEN people, HOLY and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, KINDNESS, humility, gentleness and PATIENCE. Bear with each other and FORGIVE one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on LOVE, which binds them all together in perfect UNITY. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the NAME of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through HIM.” Colossians 3 AMEN God’s Word restores, refreshes, reminds, regenerates, and recaptures our thinking. ❤️ “And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14 ❤️ “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning.” — Lamentations 3:22-23 ❤️ Take a breath, stretch your soul to remember who you are “in Him.” His purpose for you, His vision of you is filled with glory. Step into His script. His sacred text is alive in you. God has already written this day in His book.❤️

There is great power in joy, as the joy of the Lord is our strength.  The Word of God repeats “Do not fear!” 365 times. We choose to trust in God through the pain, the shaking, the trial, and each test of our faith. “I am radiant with joy over the goodness of God. My life is like a watered garden and I sorrow no more.” Jeremiah 31:12 The blessing of God is NOT perfect health, a house, car, or bank account. These things can come and go. We can lose things, things wear out, but the favor of God that was spoken over us, will never cease to bless us. 1 Timothy 6:12 “Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.” ❤️ Confession is when we surf the waves of our soul and decide to tell the truth. Repentance is when God takes you into the deep and tells you what He knows is true of you. Honesty is a deep subject. We see the surface, God knows the deep. ❤️ 1 John 1:9-10 “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make Him out to be a liar and His word is not in us.” ❤️ James 5:16 “Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” What seeds are you spewing from your mouth? Are you obeying God by planting good seeds that will produce faith, hope and love?

Crucified and resurrected

We agree with God that our  plans are pure rubbish. Gladly we say Yes Lord, and we trust and quickly obey.  With confidence we submit because He who is in us, is greater than the plague, the germ, the disease, or the noise of this world! We are asked to “ONLY BELIEVE” and simply “RECEIVE” the incredible GIFT our Father sent down from heaven. Joel 2:28-30 “And afterward, I will pour out My Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Even on My servants, both men and women, I will pour out My Spirit in those days. I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and billows of smoke.”

We are His Ambassadors and our Father expects us to represent Him well. Choosing to Speak Life, we cancel the worst case scenario and influence doubt to surrender to truth. Thinking in your heart “I hope my prayer works?” is to adopt doubt in God’s power. Place your HOPE, FAITH and CONFIDENCE in the indwelt power of the Holy Ghost and walk in the blessings of God. Be confident in His power and be Healed — Be whole. If you think “that person will never change, be healed, saved, or ever learn” You have spoken a curse over them. Our words have power. As His disciples we honor God when we speak favor on all the people. — “Every day the Lord added to them those who were being saved.” Acts 2:47 In every circumstance, while stuck in traffic, watching the news, we have the choice to DENY the curses that are spoken, and think about what God said. “He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and freedom to the prisoners; to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor!” Isaiah 61:1

“By His stripes, you are healed” God’s living Word is a legal contract and God never breaks His Covenant. Ephesians 1:7-9 “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that He lavished on us. With all wisdom and understanding, He made known to us the mystery of His will according to His good pleasure, which He purposed in Christ”. The lavish favor of God has been spoken over us and we need to “Just Believe ” every word and mix it with our full measure of faith. Hebrews 4:2 “For we also have had the good news proclaimed to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because they did not receive the word with faith.”

God has already blessed us with His living word. It is up to us to conquer our natural responses, and choose to capture every word before it escapes our mouth. We edify our spirit, as we pray in the Spirit. He enlarges our capacity to receive the lavish blessings. Are you planting a good crop with your thoughts and words? “Be quick to listen and slow to speak” James 1:19 Get Ready

  1. The Great White Throne Judgment for unbelievers and the Judgment Seat of Jesus Christ (Bema) for believers. The White Throne is terrifying for those whose names are not written in the Book of Life are cast into the lake of fire. The Judgment Seat of Christ is for believers. 1 Cor 3:10 our works tested by fire. Works “gold, silver, and precious stones” will survive. “wood, hay, and straw” burned up, resulting in loss, though the believer himself will be saved. God still judges those He has redeemed. The judgment seat of Christ will be fair: Jesus, as the judge of each life in Him. Evaluated for good and evil, the quality and motive of works. Survive the fire:
    ● Joyful acceptance of injustice
    ●Disciplines
    ●Financial generosity
    ●Hospitality to forgotten
    ●Loving the unlovable
    ●Loving Christ’s appearing
    ●Faithfulness in Serving

    1.  Each day is a plus or a minus
    2.  Overcomers will have the privilege to sit on Christ’s throne.
    3.  Not everyone hears well done.
