A Childlike Prayer

A child is humble and totally dependent. He was young, he lived in a palace, he witnessed deceit, and he could ask God for anything. How did God respond to this humble, innocent youth who admitted that he needed help to lead others? Our Father gave him wisdom, and He will give you the desires of your heart, too. Do the desires of your heart match what God desires? Are my desires selfish? How did this rich, wise ruler go wild with his desires? “If anyone lacks wisdom, let them ask of God.” James 1:5 Our Father desires that we seek His kingdom above all else. The kingdom of God contains only goodness. God created all things, so His kingdom is deep and wide. How much of His Kingship rules my heart? Do I listen to what the Spirit of God is saying to me? Have I given all that I am? “And now Someone greater than Solomon is here — and you refuse to listen.” Matthew 12:42 — 1 Kings 3:14 — Matthew 6:33 “Seek first the kingdom, and all these other things will be added.” Do not worry, be still and KNOW that if you seek His wisdom, guidance, and counsel FIRST, expect His lavish provision for abundantly more than you could ever ask for or imagine.

“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28 The fact that we take time to ponder Scripture is evidence of the Holy Spirit working in us. The promise is that He will finish what He starts….and God is faithful. WHEW! As we live by faith and not by sight, even though we can’t figure it all out, we got the indwelt, all knowing Holy assistant revealing in us what we can fathom. We are His kids and until He brings us face to face, we must rest in the Truth. We have already been reconciled with the Father. Even Jesus took a nap in the midst of a storm as the disciples were freaking out. Rest is NOT rebellion! It is remembrance. Our rest in the Father says, “God, I trust You!” Jesus sits on the throne and He is in control! For sure and certain, that is enough for me to know. God knows my heart, so I breathe in deep. Resting in the inhale of His holy Presence — Then I exhale all worries, fears, and doubts. In glad obedience, I surrender all of my cares to You! AMEN

DAILY, Satan is out to deceive us, and to kill our faith in God. Only with God’s wisdom, can we discern correctly so we are not deceived. Psalm 73:25 Oh God, “Whom have I in heaven but You? And earth has nothing I desire besides You. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” Our Father desires to flood our hearts with His purpose. He desires that our hearts expand to receive the fullness of His love. We level up our capacity to receive by yielding to the Holy Spirit, with each step we take.

PRAY for deliverance from past trauma, injury, hurts. Scroll to specific prayers. Father, help me prepare my heart to receive a greater measure of Your love. I come humbly before You seeking Your divine provision and protection. Father, guard my mind and my heart from demonic forces. Shield me from any arrows from the evil one. As I yield to Holy Spirit, protect me from harm. Keep me safe and secure in Your Spirit. Fill my soul with Your peace and light. Lord, the battle is yours and I submit to You. I depend on You, Lord, to refresh my spirit and renew my mind. In Jesus’ name, I pray, believe, and trust my God completely. Amen.

Solomon lived long, had wisdom but did not live wisely. His final words Ecclesiastes 12 “Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, I find no pleasure in them — The Teacher searched to find just the right words, and what He wrote was upright and true. Be warned of anything in addition to His words. Of making many books, there is no end, and much study wearies the body. For God will bring every deed into judgment,including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.”

Each hospitalization, car accident, surgery is a Trauma. PRAY through each Adverse Experiences.

Dear Lord Jesus, today I decide and choose to forgive (people who mistreated, misguided you) for adding to the trauma of _________. I forgive them and cancel their debts to me. In the name of Jesus I cancel all Satan’s authority over me and I come out of agreement with his lies or any part that I played in this adverse experience. Lord, forgive me for any resentment or bitterness I have towards (________). Because my Father has forgiven me, and because He loves those who mistreat me, I choose to forgive myself. Today I declare myself free of any bitterness or pain as a result of this adverse event. In the name of Jesus, I cancel Satan’s power and authority over me and I command the fear of ______ to leave me now. Holy Spirit, come and restore my heart, restore anything that the enemy has stolen from me. Cleanse my mind of every smell, image, sound, taste, feeling, or pain associated with this memory. Remove the shock and trauma from my nervous system, heal my synoptic connections. Shift my thoughts, balance the chemicals in my brain, change my DNA. I declare that I am free. Holy Spirit, speak Your truth to me.

The pain wasn’t your fault, but the healing is your responsibility. ♥️ If you find it hard to forgive yourself or others, a list of prayers to pray with a trusted friend, or in a private session with the Holy Spirit. 🙏

OPENING PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we give You permission to examine our hearts for any buried resentment, unforgiveness, envy, anger, self-pity, or any wicked way in us. In the name of Jesus, in agreement, we cancel any right Satan may claim to any unconfessed sins in our life or in past generations. As the Spirit brings to mind ANYTHING that does not represent God’s kingdom thinking, we agree today to pray through those memories with forgiveness and personal repentance. We purpose and choose to set aside this time to honor God and we ask that the Holy Spirit be in charge of our time in prayer. In the name of Jesus, we bind all evil, tormenting or accusing spirits and command them to NOT interfere. AMEN

CLOSING PRAYER

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the work You have done. We ask You to carry out every issue that we have touched on in this session. We ask that every spirit of evil that has been awakened: bitterness, jealousy, envy, rejection, occultism – producing a place for our unforgiveness resulting in resentment, retaliation, anger, hatred, violence and even murder in our hearts that these unclean spirits be bound together and cast at Your feet and that their communication with each other be removed – preventing them from accusing and tormenting us. We destroy the spirit of revenge and rebellion that wants to come against us and our families. We cancel the power and authority of Satan over our time together. For the areas that were opened through prayer in this session, we ask you to send your angels to carry out the promises and protection that are in the blood of Christ, making it impossible for the spirit of vengeance to come against us and our families. We release all of this and thank You for what You have done. Thank You Holy Spirit for ongoing grace, discernment, understanding and wisdom. AMEN.

We ask “How is your relationship with Mom, Dad, Siblings, Co-workers, Self and God?” The Holy Spirit guides us to a pray for what He reveals to us. The prince of the air has zero defense against the prayers of God’s people. COMMON FEARS often dismissed can be released.

God is not far from us, He lives inside of us as the Holy Spirit. We pray to come to KNOW more of what the Holy Spirit wants to reveal unto us. Wellspring prayers all begin with inviting the Holy Spirit to be in charge. “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you.” Acts 1:8 – We invite His power to heal and transform us.
