KETO PEPPERS

maxresdefaultCold weather oven goodies!  Colorful, meat filled, cheese covered baked bell peppers!  So easy to make, so good for all those following the TSC or KETO lifestyle! Gotta love the variety and creativity among the healthy foodies on the blogosphere!

INGREDIENTS

Pork meat cubed / or chicken / or beef

Onion, Cheese, 2 Bell peppers

DIRECTIONS:

Brown pork meat and 1/2 cup onions in skillet. Slice peppers in half, clean out seeds. Place a slice of white cheese inside pepper.  Pour in browned meat and onion. Place in oven for 30 minutes at 300 degree.  Take out of oven, place another slice of white cheese over the top, then BROIL for 5 minutes.  YUMMY!
