KETO Chicken Curry

CurryNeed some spice in your life? Then this Indian crock pot dish will keep you satisfied.

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups cubed Chicken Thighs
1 tbsp, Spices, ginger, ground
3 tablespoon, Unsweetened Almond Butter
1/2 tsp Coriander
1 tsp, Cumin
1 tsp, paprika
1 tsp, Minced Garlic
¼ cup Onion sautéed with chicken cubes
2 tablespoon, Oil – Olive
1 ounce, Red Bell Pepper Chopped
2 packet, Sweetener
3 cup, Chicken Broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp tomato paste

Serve poured over 2 cubed fresh steamed zucchini

Jengibre = Ginger / Curcium = Turmeric / Carmencita = Cumin ——–Mexican spices

Cook up cubed chicken thigh meat in olive oil with onion for 3 minutes. Add to crock pot along with all other season ingredients. Cook on medium for 2 hours. Pour over steamed zucchini.  Nutrients on Fitness Pal
